Remarks

No, it's apt. JEE Mains Score is the sole criteria for admission and according to me, it's sufficient as per the present admission process going on in various engineering colleges. Eligibility - 75 % in Class 12th Boards. Reservation as per the central government norms.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course structure is new and as per the industry standards. It's a blend of Mechanical engineering along with managerial instinct. 6th monthly internship curriculum helps the students to get industry exposure before sitting for the placements. I would recommend this course to everyone who is planning for a career in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering or business analysis.

Class Size: 85Course Fees: INR 35000 per year

Internships Opportunities

6th Sem is completely off for internships. There are a lot of firms visiting Campus for internship drives. Students have also the flexibility to pursue different research projects during this time frame under the guidance of professors or in Siemens Center of Excellence situated inside the campus.

Placement Experience

Placements are quite appreciable. NIT Kurukshetra has maintained its legacy for a very long time. Maximum students get placed in Top MNCs and startups all around the world. Many students go for masters in and outside the country.

Fees and Financial Aid

Fees are minimal. There are various scholarships provided by the central government, college, and alumni association. Students can avail of these scholarships on a need, merit or reservation basis. Hostel fees are around 5k per sem and mess bill is on an average of 3k per month.

Campus Life

Industry Cell, Mechsoc, EMIR, Sponsorship Committee, Music and Dramatics Club, Photography Club, SPICMACAY, Audio Visual Club, Hindi Literary and Debating Club, English Literary and Debating Club, Aeromodelling Club, Antariksh.

Hostel Facilities

Hostel rooms are quite spacious, sufficient for a single person. Three bed occupancy is provided in the first year and single rooms are provided from the second year onwards. Mess food is satisfactory and hostel messes are student run.

Placement Experience:

I don't know about placement because my batch is the second batch of btech course but the hod have assured that they will bring companies. In 7th semester students become eligible for placement. The average package you could expect is 300000.

The placement opportunity in my college are quite good and student usually become eligible for the campus placement for 16 and seven semester, depending on the course number of recruitment, companies of the IT finance, consulting and the core industry, visit the campus, each year, student companies in for TCS et cetera, et cetera, the highest package offer is the quite impressive and average package a decent and the comparative compare to the other college and the region. This colleges through the job profile offer Software development, business analytics sector on the average packet of 78% are eligible and perform interview.

My experience of college

Placement Experience:

The thing about my course placement is that my batch is second batch so no batch have been passed out and placed in btech but the dean have assured us about the placement as they have bought companies for others courses so they will surely bring for btech also that's what they said. The companies will mostly nearby to dpg degree college. And the average package will maybe 3 lakh per annum.

Our college is the best option if you can't get good IITs or NITs and the research culture is excellent.

The placement scenario is excellent which is responsibly managed by the Head of the Department. Almost 95% of the students got placed with decent salary packages in MNC ranges between 8-9 LPA. For cooperatives and milk plants, the salary package offered ranges between 5-6 LPA. I choose this college cause, I am interested in this branch and I don't have any prior interest in any particular colleges, in this college I am getting the particular branch I am interested in,while there are few colleges which are providing me same branch but they have some limitations like there infrastructure is bad or crowd is not that wonderful like here people are generous and motivated you can't find the same everywhere. Reality of NIT kurukshetra

I took this college because the nit kurukshetra is one of top college in India for engeenering. I also applied dtu and i also get it in but not cs breach which is my priority. I also want to go iit but i am able to qualified the jee advance.
