Remarks

There was no exam in my college for admission. I have applied for several other colleges this year like the Herambo Chandra College, Acharya Jagadish Chandra Bose College. But I didn't join them because this college is quite specialized for the course and the teachers are quite supportive too. The minimum marks criteria were 55%

Course Curriculum Overview

I have passed my class 12 with commerce and wanted to continue as well in the future. And Accounting Hons. was the best course for me. There is a huge number of students this year due to many students not joining the college in the last year. This college has NAAC accredited B+ ranking which is quite okish for a college. I have just joined the college and didn't give any exams yet so I am not aware how hard it would be but since it's under Calcutta University the question pattern would be the same as of other colleges.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions

Fees is very reasonable as it is a government college and it takes hardly any money to study here. Considering the tuition fees in school it is very less. My school fees were 10 times more than this. So the financial aspect of the college is 10 out of 10.

Campus Life

A fest for freshers to start with and different other fests are carried out throughout thr year like the Saraswati Puja and Holi and several others. The library is quite big and has a huge amount of books in the collection. The classrooms are spacious but the condition of the benches is not that good. Different kinds of sports are played on campus-like cricket and football. This college also has the facility to join NCC under the Bengal battalion. Eco club is there in the college which takes care of planting trees.

Campus placements are available for the good students who score above 8cgpa which is very difficult in cu but the starting salary starts from 300000 which I don't think is good but atleast better then the college's that doesn't provide placement

Review for GCCBA in the best way possible

Placement Experience:

On passing 5th semester, the students of Goenka College of Commerce and Business Administration are eligible for campus placement offers. The campus reach out college during our sixth semester to interview us. After passing sixth semester we can proceed with the jobs in case we qualify. All the Big 4s viz EY, Deloitte, PwC and KPMG including with MNCs reach our college for campus placement opportunities. They definitely select students each year. The highest package offered till date is 10 lakhs with a associate profile. The average package is 3 laks. The percentage of students getting placement offer is between 5% to 10 %. My plan after the BCOM course is becoming a successful Chartered Accountant and Cost and Management Accountant.

Students majorly go for higher education, and around 30% of the students opted for internships. The average salary package offered was 2.5-3 LPA. I choose this college because this college is nearby my house and I have chosen the course B.Com Hons and the eligibility for this is minimum 65% in class 12 from a commerce background and you should pass your 12 with mathematics and commerce . After all these you will get your admission. After completing your 12 when you will get your results then go to the college website you want to get admission in fill the admission form and you have to wait until your name appears on the college pdf. MARVELLOUS COLLEGE AT AFFORDABLE FEES

Firstly the infrastructure of this college at this affordable fee is too awesome. Even there are many courses to do. I find the application at it online sites and pay the amount which was 5500 through a bank it last payment day was up to one week. I want to say about my college that if you got at list 60% in your 12th board examination you can avail easily for admission in anandamohancollege in any such course like BCom b.a and even BSc also. You can find the application form on the college's official website online and also you can easily check the course's particular fees on the website.
