There are no such placement offers got directly from the college, but there are various internship opportunities from the college which may lead to amazing offers from different companies if one works well.

From 5th semester students becomes eligible for campus placement. Top hiring companies are ICICI bank, FUSION BPO, tech mahindra etc. 70% of the students get placement through college. I want to go for higher studies (M.Sc) as well as perparing for Armed Forces.

My course type is English so main of selecting English was i like to listen stories and understand them. If you study or listen to your teachers it will be more easy to learn and write in exam. And making notes is best way to study English

The reason behind me choosing this curriculum goes way back to when I was in school and I took a liking at reading novels and this is one of the mains reason behind choosing this curriculum. Although it is not much of relevance in terms of professional fields it is a unique experience nonetheless.

I chose this course(Bcom Hons) because I was from a commerce background so after completing my 12th I chose this. The competition for getting the admission in this college was hard because there were many students who also wants to get admission. Qualification for this college was you should pass with a percentage of 65% minimum and the teaching method in this college is average not too good not too bad .

I choose Bcom honours because I wanted to make my career in the finance sector. The teachers are good and supportive also. They have great knowledge about their subject. College would take internals from time to time and questions paper where little bit difficult so if you study well you get to score high.

Earlier I don't like others stream except commerce and this college is excellent at this stream but it doesn't mean that the college is not good in another stream. The relationship between the Faculties and Students is like parents and child. The Faculties give their all efforts to the students as it was night college all faculties taught till 8:30 P.M. Each and Every faculty held some professional degrees like M.com, M.B.A, M.tech etc. There were three terms of exam conducted by the college if any student gets failed it the faculties give effort & give time to those students who failed in a particular subject.

Mainly students can eligible for placement after their complete all semesters and should complete their graduation. There are mostly companies visited like Tech Mahindra, Wipro, Dr reddy laboratory, TCS, etc. They are just offering very negotiable packages like 210000 pa. The company give higher packages for BSc students. Like TCS give 250000 p.a and Dr reddy give 240000 PA and the average number of packages provided by Wipro is 210000 pa. There are almost 40-to 50% of students got placements and rest of the students got only internships. My plan as I previously told I want to become an entrepreneur so I would go for an MBA course after completing my graduation in this college.

I chose the course as I wanted to pursue the same. I developed a love for language and hence went ahead. The faculty was one of the most amazing ones at my college. There were 3 professors in total and all three were the best in their genre. The college was hosted in Evening time and hence, the teaching methods became different as compared to day colleges. It was challenging, yet exciting. The college hours started at 4 P.M and ended at 9 P.M. The teaching methods were energetic as teaching in evening college is much harder. The students seem much more reluctant, so the faculty had to be more strict and induce the energy within the students. Exams were conducted at scheduled times and it was difficult as the college was under the University of Calcutta. The college was strict regarding the attendance and those students who did not complete the attendance were allowed to sit for exams after a parent-teacher meeting.

I have passed my class 12 with commerce and wanted to continue as well in the future. And Accounting Hons. was the best course for me. There is a huge number of students this year due to many students not joining the college in the last year. This college has NAAC accredited B+ ranking which is quite okish for a college. I have just joined the college and didn't give any exams yet so I am not aware how hard it would be but since it's under Calcutta University the question pattern would be the same as of other colleges.
