Remarks

The process was smooth and we got admitted to the college by the SNQ quota, which makes sure that only the college fees are paid but not the CET fees, which was 53000rs. The minimum age to get into RV college was 18 years and marks, it depends on what branch of engineering a student wants to get into.

Course Curriculum Overview

Civil engineering is taught the best in RV college of engineering and the technology it has, makes sure that a student gets an overall experience in whatever field a person wants to pursue. The number of faculty was almost 30 and the students are around 480 considering all the years. teachers are always friendly and try to help students in any way whatsoever.

Class Size: 130Course Fees: INR 37000 per year

Placement Experience

6th semester is when a student gains eligibility for the placements and there are over 90 companies that visit the college every year. On average, the highest package given was 50lpa and the average is somewhere around 15lpa. I plan to do a master's after my degree.

Fees and Financial Aid

SNQ quota fees were 36000rs for admissions. Scholarships are provided regularly, but the student has to be aware of them at all points of time and should make sure to collect it from the scholarship section of the college.

Campus Life

8th mile is one of the best fests in the entire state and it is conducted once every 2 years. Technical fests are conducted every year and the students visit from all parts of the nation. Books are given to all the students and there are no limitations whatsoever. Few clubs run by the students are NCC NSS Rotaract ecell, Kannada sanghs, etc

Programming and courses that are useful in future jobs made me choose this course. Areas that need to be worked are only some outdated syllabus, topics and smartboards need to be installed. Exams are given right on time making us easier to tackle syllabus.

good place for personality development

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for campus placements around 3rd year end. I have not attended any placements as so far and the name of companies which I got to know from others they have attended were capgemini and a The highest package of herders 8LPA and the The average package would be around 5 lpa. Students who are willing to get a job in that category arounf 5% to 8% students approximately. Im not sitting for placements and my plans after degree are still unclear and I'm still figuring out.
