Remarks

I looked at placements, institute ranking under NIRF, the faculty credentials, institute infrastructure, industries in the vicinity of the campus. I also looked for campus reviews over several forums like insideiim.com and some youtube channels.

The course is updated as per the current industry trends which makes us to be in trend also the faculty is well qualified and the case based learning approach is what makes them apart from conventional methods of teaching.

Internships Opportunities

The institute offers many good opportunities all round the year with live projects and internships which gives us the chance to upskill ourselves.

Placement Experience

The placements cell at IIM Kashipur is very active to bring the opportunities for the students with companies like Flipkart, Myntra, Aditya Birla Group, Reliance, Tata, and many big conglomerates the highest package for last year was 36 LPA and average was 14 LPA.

Campus Life

The campus at IIM Kashipur is well structured and spread over 200 acres, there are more than 35 clubs & committees which brings the much required social interaction among students and there are several events which helps us to blend in with the culture like Agnitraya the annual fest, several sports events and other cultural festivals

Hostel Facilities

The hostel facility is on par the charges that we pay but there are many scopes of improvement like it must be single sharing for all the students rather than only for the 2nd year students rest other things are in place.

Admission

Yes there is an admission test CAT after which students are shortlisted for GD & PI rounds but due to COVID situations only a personal interview was conducted and the final merit list was formulated after considering several factors including PI marks, past academics, work ex if any, extracurriculars, gender diversity.

A well rounded experience at GEHU dehradun .

Placement Experience:

At GEHU, placement eligibility starts from the 6th semester. companies like TCS, Wipro, Infosys and Amazon visit the campus. The highest package offered is around 35LPA and the average is 4-6LPA. About 70-80% of students get placed , mainly in IT and management roles. After completing my degree I plan to work in the industry and later pursue higher studies.

Placement Experience:

Placement are fine I won't say good for our course most of students prefer for higher students so the placement percentage will be 50- 60 . Student are eligible in their last for placement . Placement are provided by college but if you want off campus it's the students choice . The companies are :- United bioceuticals, ALPS , graphic era hospital etc.

UPES University brings in a different energy!!

Placement Experience:

Infy, Techno India, Brumha and many as techies are required all over. From a watchmaker to salt maker without a techie a business can't grow big. So, even though there are 500+ CSE students still 75 percent or so get placed easily from our campus.

The IIM of the North

I found the admission process easier (Level Medium on Difficulty scale). The process started with the CAT application form, then the CAT exam, followed by a call letter for an Interview and then the selection email.
