Likes

Campus have quite good infrastructure and gound
Its have 4 types of different canteens for students
Faculty is brilliant. Half of the faculty are iitians

Dislikes

I hate the fest of the collage people from outside are also allowed
Class rooms dont have ac and fans are very low
Very less sports activities for students

Course Curriculum Overview

I have interest in computers and coding .. i like to study different computer languges so thats why i choose bca for my carrier. It field are growing day by day so its good to go on this field. Lab are very good in my collage with proper ac and computer system

Class Size: 90Course Fees: INR 450000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

I pay year 1lakh 45 thousand yearly which means 450000 for 3 year for whole course. There are different scholarships for student above 90 % 80 % and 70% which is 30% 20 % and 10 % discount in fees for students

Campus Life

There is grafest there which is biggest in town student from outside also come to enjoy. There are different clubs in collage like bhangra club , iskon club and may more . Sports tournament are very less in collage

Admission

I applied in petroleum upes gor bca but not got addmission ther beacuse i dont have maths background and maths was compulsory for bca there . Then I applied in graphic era and was accepted there they dont need maths to apply in bca

Faculty

The faculty are brilliant in teaching. Half of the faculty are iitians from well reputated collage. Marking system is like from 100 pasing is 30 and from 50 passing is 15 which is quite good for students to pass and clear the exam

Night Life

Student cant enter the collage campus after 6 pm so there is no night life for student . Only hostel student are allowed to raom in campus at night which look really beautiful at night and it get more beautiful in winters

Placement Experience:

There are many companies who visit our college for placements also many companies offers great package 14,00,000 which is good for students who want to start their career in software industry. I remember some companies like josh technologies, jf knowledge centre, relaxo, decatholon etc. Every week there are 2-3 companies who comes for placements. In our college the highest package was 44,00,000 of a b.tech student. Average package was 5,00,000. the percentage was 30% students getting placed every year. My plans after this degree is that i want to get a secure job in It sector.

My first and experience of college

Placement Experience:

The placements over here, have a clear cut criteria from the college and the percentage for getting your placement. Cell is like above 75%. You cannot sit below 75% on the placement cell. Also, you have to clear all your backlogs, and there are various companies that offers the internships and also the placements to the universities. There is Microsoft Adobe, many more big companies that do come to the college for placements and internships. also, the placements provided by these companies are also good with the salaries and incentives they provide for the contract, so it was also the main reason that I choose this college

My review

Remarks:

You'll get the fundamental pleasantries however don't keep your expectations high. There is uniform in the grounds with the exception of Wednesday. My group possibly the last bunch with full time uniform so that is up in the air. The library has grown up quickly. For the underlying year you'll get books which you can peruse however later on the correct reading material are not given by the library. You have to approach the instructor's for PDFs, PPTs and so forth. Workstation is must for making due here in UPES. You have to experience some futile online courses with week by week assignments. In the event that you are remaining in bidholi, at that point transport accommodation for late night won't be available.

About My College Expereince

Remarks:

Positive comment about college is the best faculty and environment for studies. The negative remark is that a much better can be done for job placements and internships provided by the college. Till now it is not up to its best. If it will get improved more students will get a chance to prove themselves. And some big MNC must be called for internships and company placements.

GEU and CSE ho hand in hand!

I applied at LPU, SIT and DTU and had confirmed admission from everywhete and still i chose to stay with GEU as I saw placements in 2023-24 season and they were mind blowing. Geu provides best intenrships!

No rejection as GEU was my choice of College. I though gave that just for fun as it was decided long back that I will take admission in GEU. So, GEU top has its entrance but direct admission are also there if someone don't want any scholarship or anything. GEU is a dream University!

At GEU, and specifically for our course there are no hiccups or issues as we gets admission directly. Also, on the basis of our PCM as those subjects are mandatory to enroll in our course. GEU has the best Placements!

In most cases it is direct but University also has its own entrance exam as well. Even other entrance scores are evaluated and based on that scholarships are also provides.
