GRAPHIC ERA CONVERTED MY DREAMS INTO REALITY

The course curriculum is relavant in nature as it includes subjects like career skills, soft skills, computer application, entrepreneurship development, and many more with English Literature. It prepares students in different fiels by expanding their career options.

The college provides for different internships like content writer, social media intern, subject matter expert, editor, anchor, writer,etc. The companies like accenture, flipkart provided an internship of approx 15,000 to 20,000 INR per month. The projects included writing blogs and articles on the assigned topics or hosting a metting in the organization.

The college provides good placements and if any student is not offered campus placement, the college assists the student in applying for off campus placements and also organizes special placement classes for those students.

I'm Apoorva Mishra and i've completed my graduation in B.A (Honours) English from Graphiv Era University, Dehradun ( 2021-2024). Received scholarship on the basis of my 12th boards percentage. I paid 90,000 INR in the first year. The college also has a provision for granting yearly scholarship's after admission on the basis of cgpa scored in semester exams. I got scholarship in the fees of 2nd year on the basis of my 1st and 2nd semester's cgpa and paid 65,000 INR.

Joining Grapghic Era was the best decision of my life as it not only helped in the growth of career but also enhanced my personality. Students were friendly and cooperative which was one of the best aspect of my college life. The infrastructure was well designed with certain facilities of library, gym, experimental labs, computer labs, etc.

My hostel room had an AC, a large mirror, table, shoe rack, shelf, almirah, bedside drawer, a bed and matress, and ethernet cable point. I could still remember the taste of the mess food as the quality and taste of the food provided in hostel is of supreme quality. Hostel registration can be done after taking admission in the college. If a student want to rent a room or pf, the could choose pg in "Clement Town"

I applied in Graphic Era because it has the best quality of education, hostel facility and placement assistance. The facility of receiving 10% scholarship for girl candidate, scholarship on the basis of 12th boards percentage and yearly scholarships based on the semester sgpa, made the colle fees affordable for me and encouraged me to study more and get good sgpa in every semester.

The college has best faculties who helps students in every possible ways. The course structure of B.A (Hons) English is designed in a way which allows us to select courses except our majors. In every semester, there were two subjects of literature and the others were to be selected by us in every semester. The best faculties of my course were Miss Saumyata, Miss Saumya and our HOD Prapha Lama ma'am and i liked each one of them. There were 6 semesters and the difficulty level was moderate. Majority of students passed the exams as the course curriculum is very interesting and our faculties took several mock tests before exams.

The nightlife around my college campus is vey calm as the gate of hostel college closes at 8pm for the safety of students. The best hanging spot for me was the famous "Buddha Temple" and "The Dutch" cafe. The locality is safe to roam at night as there are guards present everywhere around 1km from the college campus.
