Remarks
This was my best convert among all the institute's as per the growth of institute in comparison with the peer institutes. Admission process was good and I personally did not face any hurdles in that. Moreover, the time gap for the payment of fees for confirming the seat was also good enough.
Course Curriculum Overview
Faculty: Student ratio is 1:9. 50% of faculties are great while other 50% are average. To pass the term exam one should go through the notes once and he/she can easily pass the exam. Because the exams are completely based on what is taught in class.
Internships Opportunities
Marketing and Prodman profiles were in huge number for summers. While there was crunch for finance internships. stipend was less, it was about 20k pm average. You have to be in top 100 or at max in top 150 to get a good placement in this college. And for finance it is way too difficult because there are very very limited number of roles and students are in huge number. I have opted out and found internship outside the college in ONGC in finance domain.
Placement Experience
Placements are average, the average CTC of college is near 11L. If you are in top 150 students you can surely get near 15L but if not you will have to adjust with 11-12L. Also, if you have good connections you can get into a good company as some people from our college opted out in summers and went to morgen stanley etc.
Fee Structure And Facilities
You have to pay 17L for all the activities except mess. As mess is completely handles by the students you have to pay term fees to mess committee every term i.e. 200/day for 90 days. There are three types of scholarships are there in the college to first year & second year. 1st is need based (3,75,000 per student, 12 students from each 1st & 2nd year), 2nd is need cum merit (3,75,000 per student, 12 students from each 1st & 2nd year), and 3rd is merit based (3,75,000 per student, top 3 students from each 1st & 2nd year).
Campus Life
Life at campus is very joyful. The campus works hard and literally party very hard. The clubs committees are also great opportunity to learn. The work at these clubs and committees keeps on going and you can hardly free ride if you are part of any one of them. I cant talk about fest month as it did not happen in our year due to covid. Infrastructure is also good. Each room has separate bathroom. For first year students it is double sharing room (little congested) but for second year students it is single sharing which is more than good. There are almost no restrictions on anything in the campus. Sports facilities are there majorly football ground, basketball, lawn tennis, table tennis have good infra but cricket pitch is not there. Extra curricular activities keeps on happening in the campus you will not get bored for sure.
Admission
You should crack CAT first for being eligible for CAP. Then, GD and then interview process. Interview process was pretty easy and majorly general questions were asked.
