Remarks

Indian Institute of Management Kashipur is located in a remote location which helped in producing a conducive environment for study. All activities of daily life were managed by students, that helped in personality growth. Exposure to live projects from corporates, gave us exposure even before embarking on our professional journey.

Course Curriculum Overview

The faculty members are highly qualified and have several research papers published in their respective fields.The case studies included in the course help you understand the real world problems faced in the business world and helps you relate your learnings with the problems to find solutions to the same.

Placement Experience

The placement process is good at IIM Kashipur. Being an institute of national importance, the graduates from IIM Kashipur are sought after by many corporates both Indian and MNCs. Maximum job opportunities are from Sales and Marketing profile, followed by Finance, Analytics, Operations and HR.

Campus Life

Indian Institute of Kashipur is located 10 kms from the town of Kashipur. Hence life within the campus was isolated from the world outside. Day to day activities were monitored and run by students. Hence life at campus was anything but boring

Hostel Facilities

Students get individual rooms with attached bathroom. 6 students share a flat that has a balcony, water purifier, washing machine, microwave and a modular kitchen. Hot water facility is available in all the attached bathroom.

Admission

The admission process starts with CAT. On clearing the sectional and the overall cut off in the CAT examination, you will get a call for the WAT and PI. The WAT topic can be anything. Again the analytical thinking and ability to provide an innovative conclusion is the key to clearing the WAT.For PI, you must be sure about everything you write on your CV

A well rounded experience at GEHU dehradun .

Placement Experience:

At GEHU, placement eligibility starts from the 6th semester. companies like TCS, Wipro, Infosys and Amazon visit the campus. The highest package offered is around 35LPA and the average is 4-6LPA. About 70-80% of students get placed , mainly in IT and management roles. After completing my degree I plan to work in the industry and later pursue higher studies.

Placement Experience:

Placement are fine I won't say good for our course most of students prefer for higher students so the placement percentage will be 50- 60 . Student are eligible in their last for placement . Placement are provided by college but if you want off campus it's the students choice . The companies are :- United bioceuticals, ALPS , graphic era hospital etc.

UPES University brings in a different energy!!

Placement Experience:

Infy, Techno India, Brumha and many as techies are required all over. From a watchmaker to salt maker without a techie a business can't grow big. So, even though there are 500+ CSE students still 75 percent or so get placed easily from our campus.

The IIM of the North

I found the admission process easier (Level Medium on Difficulty scale). The process started with the CAT application form, then the CAT exam, followed by a call letter for an Interview and then the selection email.
