Remarks

I got admission in managemnet quota. You should be 12th class passout and cleared either JEE Mains or CET for admission. I got admission in CSE Department. I got 9.54 percentile in JEE Mains. I submitted all the original documents which I will get back after my degree. Firstly they offered me IT but I negotiated and I got admission in Computer Science as my marks was good. And then it was 2-3 hours process and then they showed me the college and then the hostel.

Course Curriculum Overview

The Course Curriculm is very good. The subjects they have included are of IITs. I chose CSE because I love to code. The faculty:student ratio is also very good. And the faculties are also good qualified. Some of the faculties have a very good teaching method and are very helpful throughout. Term exams are held on May and November and they are not that difficult to pass.

I am third year student so I don;t know much about placements but I think placement process starts from 7th sem and different tests are held and rounds for placements. Accenture, TCS, Capgemini etc are visited companies. In CSE almost everyone got placed. I want to do a job in a MNC company as a software engineer.

Fees and Financial Aid

I felt that the fees is too much for management students. But for the students who got the college through CAP round got great scholarships. And also students of minorty categories also get the privelege.

Campus Life

Campus is not that big but events held very frequently. Antragini is the name of annual fest and there are also guest lectures held almost every semester. Library is very big and good with lots of books and very much available. Classrooms are also very good and teachers also used projectors for teaching. Sports is not that great here. But other than that other co-curricular activities are good. There are different groups and clubs like Google Developers Club, Toastmasters club and many more.

Hostel Facilities

Hostel is ok ok. Meal is also not good. And food taste is very bad. Registration process is simple form filling and payment but hostel fees is too much as they don't provide that much facilities. Three students in one room with common let baths on every floor. And the bathroom is very unhygenic. Hostel is located just behind the college.

Honestly the placement is good in college but student's are not able to get that placement because they don't work on their skills . Then how could college place them although College does their best in placement. Almost 80% students get placement in our college .the highest package last year was 12.5 lakhs per annum. The average Package is almost about 3 lakhs per annum.

Students become eligible for campus placements in the final year that is 7th semester . A lot of companies visit the campus like TCS , INFOSYS , WIPRO etc batch of 2025 got 363 offers . The highest package was 16 LPA and the avg is 4.37 LPA , placement percentage is 74% . I am planning to opt for MBA after BTECH

The Real Experience: Strengths and Shortcomings of PCCOE

Placement Experience:

The college has a dedicated Training and Placement(T&P) cell and has regular recruitment drives that work to place students in companies where they will be values highly. Each year, 600-700 students are placed from all the branches. More than 300+ companies visit but the ones that hire are limited such as TCS, Capgemini, Infosys, Tech Mahindra which generally are mass recruiters that look for employees that will work for 3LPA or 4.5LPA. The highest packages go to about 30 to 40 LPA domestic and 61 LPA foreign but it is very rare to get a placement like this and requries considerable effort on the side of the student as well. Average package is 7 LPA for CS/IT branch; 5 LPA for electronics and telecommunications branch; 4 LPA for mechanical. My plan after getting the degree is working for 1-2 years while simultaneously pursuing masters.

My experience at Bharati Vidyapeeth.

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible to apply for placements from the seventh semester. Many Mass recruiters offer jobs to students in our college, some of them being- TCS, Cognizant, Accenture, ICICI Lombard and Capgemini Ai. The average package offered is a around 6LPA and usually the highest package is about 12LPA. Around 65-80% of the students get placed directly from college. I plan to pursue a career in my field after graduation.

We can get addmission in GHRCE nagpur by after taking JEE AND MHTCET exam. The cuttoff of each branch is different for civil 75% is required.
