RVCE, abode of dreams

Hello, I'm Mahesh Shapur, applied for B.Tech in Civil Engineering after the completion of my Diploma in civil. I have been allotted to this college through the OBC category by getting 337 ranks in DCET. Minimum marks required through DCET is to get a rank under 600, as the seat allocated for lateral entry is decreased to 10%. The thankful to all staff and professor for helping me throughout to engineering in such pandemic situation not to letting down with the studies and accumulation of advanced technologies.

The teachers are amazing and the way we are taught is brilliant as well, We have self-study components, which help us gain vast knowledge about courses and etc. The reason I took civil engineering is that the vastness of the subject always intrigued me.

Internships are provided by third parties outside of RVCE and they are insightful as well. It is an amazing way to learn and gain hands-on approach for the fieldwork for Civil engineering. Stipends vary.

Placements are one of the many reasons students join RVCE. A variety of companies come to RVCE for placements, which include Wipro, Infosys, L, and T. the highest offer goes up to 45lpa and the average offer is almost 15lpa. On average, almost 80% of the students get placed from RVCE every year.

The fees were almost 90000 per year and the scholarships were given right on time from the scholarship department of our college. Its a necessity for students to check for scholarships online and make sure everything is updated on time.

The campus is brilliant, 8th mile, concrete fair, and few others are the cultural and the technical fests conducted in the college. The library is an amazing place on the campus to avail free books which are rare also, to learn and grasp onto stuff important. All the classrooms are equipped with projectors also. There is n number of clubs run by the students of RVCE.
