Remarks

The admission process started by filling the form and then we were called for an interview and after that on the basis of the interview admission was given. Then during the counseling day, we were given all the details regarding the college and subject which we have chosen and doubts were cleared and future plans were being guided.

Course Curriculum Overview

4

The exams were very timely and we were informed prior on the basis and the timetable was given, thus 3 exams were being taken and the difficulty level was more than moderate to pass. The pros were that as the exam was taken timely I had to not prepare daily because due to exams we had regular time to prepare.

Internships Opportunities

3.5

Various companies like pharmaceutical companies, involved in research and diagnosis then companies related to biotechnological work higher for internship opportunities. I can't say anything about the stipend. Various blood banks and companies higher for internship and 15 days training related to the subject opted for.

Placement Experience

3.5

Students become eligible for placements in the last semester of the Programme. 70 to 80 percent of the students get placed every year from the department while others opt for master's programs or make their way abroad for further studies. My plans after getting a degree were to go for a Masters's degree and then Ph.D.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees structure was very good and it was almost affordable for everyone, it also included laboratory fees and other expenses. The opportunity of internship and campus scholarships for research students is also provided which is one of the specialties of the college. Students are highly motivated to carry out research-related activities and for higher studies.

Campus Life

5

The annual cultural fest and sports fest with a number of activities are being organized in the month of December or January annually. The library is filled with thousands of books with inclusive of all the subjects and books. The classroom is big, airy and spacious with all the facilities needed. The college conducts various sports activities and every weekend students can practice. Inxitu is a website that is run by students.

Strong academic legacy with expereinced faculties and balanced content- preparing you for future studies and entrance exams and olympiads. very much strict, i would say not needed. somehwere you may experience baised behaviour; but when you are focused on gaining knowledge then these things dont matter as its only a matter of three years. Relevance of course is there but for applying for further studies not for that much for job prospects, if you want atleast a decent salary job.

I have rarely seen companies coming to our college for placement purposes for our course but I have seen companies coming for BCOM and BCA. I don't know about my course as I am currently in my second year. The percentage of students getting placements are veryess as my friend from third year said that out of 150 students only 10 students got placed this year which is very less compared to other colleges. My plans after getting the degree is if I got a job in any of the it company I will do it for experience and side by side I am planning to pursue my education in MSC CS
