Review on VIPS

I gave an entrance exam (IPU CET), on the basis of which colleges are provided to students depending upon the rank they get. VIPS was my top priority college and I got into it because of the rank i scored. I did not avail any quota, it was all on the basis of that particular exam. The admission was quite easy as we just had to fill a few forms and go there to submit them along with the fees. There was an orientation for the students who enrolled for the same.

BBA from IP University is known to be a top course. It provides people a clear and in-depth base for MBA if they want to pursue it in the future. At that time, i was planning on pursuing MBA and therefore i chose this course. But now because of the pandemic we are in, i changed my mind. The faculty there at VIPS is very friendly and also experienced at the same time. The faculty: student ratio is also fine as there is no shortage of faculty members there. The exams were a little tough, we had to write long on-point answers in order to pass with good marks. There were 1.5 hours internals and 3 hours externals every semester.

The college had a great placement procedure. They have a placement cell which is headed by teachers and students as well who help other students to enroll for different placements. There are multiple companies that come to this college and the placement percentage is also high, like about 90%.

The fees of IP University are quite on the higher end but at the same time, they do provide us with the experience that's worth the money. They provide us with good internships in the middle and good placement at the end of our course. The packages of the placement are also quite nice. They provide scholarships too, but there's of course a long procedure for the same.

Life at our Campus is fun. People, there are extremely friendly and social. There are a lot of different clubs and societies at VIPS that you can be a part of. They teach us about different aspects of our lives. Also, there are some entertainment clubs and events too. Some of which are SPANDAN & INITIO. The college has a big library with a lot of books that can be issued by the students there. There are a few sports teams too and the extracurricular activities are also good. There's also this group of students that teach poor people, who can't afford the fees, for free in the college ground itself.
