MAITREYI COLLEGE

I always wanted to opt for college which is in good location and Maitreya colleges is in the most posh area of Delhi. It is a safe location. I got admitted into college through the OBC quota the procedure was smooth and teachers are extremely cooperative. The fees of our college are very affordable. We had an orientation session the day college started and were introduced to the societies and departments. The canteen of our college is also very affordable, you will be satisfied with the money you pay. There is also mother dairy in our college. Our college also has short-term language courses which are very popular these days. The faculty is good, students are also good. Our library is also one of the most popular libraries of Delhi University. all in all, it was a good experience. The location is best for photo clicking purposes. I passed out this year only in 2021 and it was a great journey. I will recommend this college.

BCOM was in my mind as there was no other option that seemed good to me. The faculty of commerce dept is really good .ratio is 1:40. The teaching method was also good. timely exams were taken to prepare us for the main semester exams. you will not feel burdened at any cost.

MOST OF THE INTERNSHIP OPPORTUNITIES WERE OF SALES JOB.stipends were mostly performance-based and in 2-3 companies it was 30k pm. There I'd also internship fair every year which helps a lots of students.

In third-year students are eligible for placement opportunities, however they can join placement cell during any year. Companies like EY,deloitte, byjus are few among the many companies that come for placements. Average placemnt package is 2.5 to 5 lakhs. Highest package was of 8 lakh this year. I will be opting for higher studies after graduation.

The fees are affordable, less than 6000 for year.examination fees is 1200. SCHOLARSHIP is provided to students with economical weak background. Placements were also good ,though in 2021 not many good companies came because of covid but it was not bad at all.

The fests were good. During my time Garry Sandhu and Darshan Rawal came and it was good. Fests are conducted in February. The library is full of books and we are also given previous year's questions paper if asked for. Classrooms are fine. Our college societies include enacts, Galor, Meraki, etc. Meraki is an entrepreneurship cell developed for students. There is also NCC And NSS facility.
