The college is good enough on all aspects everything is properly manged and this is one of best private universities you could be at.

I took IIT JEE but couldn't score well so IIT's or NIT's were no chance for me i scored good in LPU Nest and got a decent scholarship which was a good enough reason to join LPU. Other reasons to join this university was that it provides global exposure and also because of the good diversity in the campus.

The course curriculum here is just OK. There isn't much of research or anything like that . Me being in the CSE department I'm still trying to figure out Maths and Physics like I used to do in school . Maybe I'll get to do some research in the upcoming years but for now I'll have to stick with the basics. The subjects provided have a good course structure, they deal with the basics which is the best thing.

Being in the first year I can't say much about the internships provided here but as far as I've heard , Internships are provided here only if you are one of the best students in the queue . I've heard that TCS, Cognizant and Infosys are one the companies that came in the past years.

Placement stats in this college is increasing each year. Last year about 550 students were placed in a single day by Cognizant itself . TCS , Cognizant are one of the major recruiters who recruit at an average salary of 3 LPA. Other big companies like Amazon, Infosys, Wipro visit here as well but they recruit very few students . This year Amazon hired 15 students with average salary about 14 LPA.

If I would get to rate my college on the basis of events celebrated , then it is the best place you could be at. Each month you will find around 2 to 3 events . These events include technical , cultural and almost all fields. LPU organizes 'YOUTH VIBE ' which is one of the biggest college fests and is really fun to be at.

Fee is structure is good if you are good ! Most of the students score very good scholarships through LPU NEST exam and also it provides 100 % fee waivers to extraordinary and talented students talking on a general aspect , since it is a private university , the fee is quite high but still better than other private universities.

LPU provides many scholarship options through many ways. I scored a scholarship of 70k per year through the exam LPU Nest. You can also get 100% fee waivers if you are extraordinary or achieved something great.

LPU has a great diversity. There are students from almost all the states of INDIA and some international students as well. Each month there are many workshops organised through which you can learn a lot . Almost each sport is present here except swimming as there is no swimming pool. Gender ratio is better than other colleges . Many competitions are held here through which one can nourish his talent.

Hostel rooms and service provided here are really good. You have any problem regarding anything , you can just go to the Warden and it will be solved the very next day or same day itself. There are cameras in very block of every floor so ragging does not exist here mess food just like other colleges is not good at all , sometimes you have to rely on other options because mess food is not good even for just filling the tummy.

Seniors are very helpful here you want to know about anything or have any doubts then you can directly approach any senior you see and definitely they will help you in the best way they can. There is no ragging here and you can hardly spot an difference between seniors and juniors.

Exams are labs always leave you with a hectic day. Each semester you face two exams . And for labs , you get labs for each applicable subject at least once in a week. If you really want to involve yourself with the studies then you have to utilize all your time in the studies , assignments , CA , and projects ( Most of which have no relevance to what we are studying) and exam preparations which will leave you no time for other activities.

I took LPU Nest exam and scored a pretty decent scholarship. Then i went to one of the offices of the college in my city (Lucknow) and talked to the officials present there about the admission process. They guided me well about the admission process and I was able to complete all the formalities and paper work at the office itself. Then finally I reached the college , marked myself present there and started college the very next day.

The faculty is good enough here ! As per my experience here , they try their very best to teach you what they can. Many teachers here are Mtech. qualified and some seem like they just completed their college a year ago my ECE teacher is really a pain to face you will find a variety of teachers here .. best ones and even the worst ones.
