I have tried for admission in a lot of colleges and some of them are all india institute of medical sciences, christian medical college, kasturba medical college but i got university college of medical sciences but iam happy not only good teachers and students but this college is very close to my home

I never wanted to give in to this college but when i got here i felt that this is the best college because the teachers here are all well educated and we get entertainment with our studies. I, m proud. God gave me this college and I, m happy with it

My college has a total of three yeras. Thirty thousand in the second year. Thirty five thousand in the second year as well as the third year. So the total is one lack and a half rupees my fee as well as the fee for my bus or some of the feea for the food. Only bring food from home

When i look at my college history, it's been established in 1971, so college anniversaries are held here evary here. No one can erase those found memories from us. Iam more intersted in sports in which i mainly participate in the 100 meter race but my friends do not participate in sports and they are intersted in arts

curriculum is designed to be highly relevant and comprehensive for modern medical practice.Early Clinical Exposure is One of the strongest aspects of the curriculum is introducing students to patients in their very second year. The final year of the curriculum—the Compulsory Rotatory Residential Internship (CRRI) is effective it prepares students for the high-pressure environment of Indian healthcare, making them very capable of handling emergencies and outpatient departments (OPD ). Students feel that lectures are still too focused on passive PowerPoint presentations.Rigorous schedule, integrating "Life Skills" or "Stress Management" modules more formally into the foundation course would be helpful. The university exams (RGUHS) are generally fair but require a very high level of descriptive writing and practical precision.

Course Curriculum Overview:

the classes are taken regularly in preclinical and paraclinical subject and some of clinical subjects as well. these are slidepresentation, demonstration and group discussions. there is great learning opportunities. case discusions are done in clinical postings. integrated leaning is not much practiced and would be drawback. library timings are not suitable at all.

We have internals once in around 3 months and we have yearly final exams. The average of the three internals is added to the final marks to declare the results. The exams are of average difficulty. Not too difficult to pass.

Placement Experience:

The first batch of students is passed out in this year from our college. Now they are doing their house sutgency. Besides they are preparing for their pg studies. Most of the students will opt for higher studies like MS, MD, etc. Our hospital is average with average cases. And specialty hospital construction work is going on.

St John's College of Nursing

For the course I applied only to St John's and CMC Vellore. The admission process in this college includes applying for the KCET which is the admission portal for Karnataka colleges. Based on your marks and a interview you'll be selected. there is no chance of recommendation. The eligibility criteria is you should be 12th pass with bio science. The cutoff based on the recent admissions is above 90%. I was accepted to the college before the entrance exam for CMC Vellore that's why I chose to go here.
