Course Curriculum Overview

The curriculum focus on both the academics and extra curricular activities. And the curriculum also has many programs that teaches how a doctor is . There are some attitude a d ethics based programs also

Internships Opportunities

After 4 years of medicine you need to do one year of intership in the college hospital and they will pay you around fifteen thousand per month . During the internship you will be posted in all the departments in the a rotationwise

The course fee is 6 lakhs including all the tution fees hostel mess and others like labs and everything . They will be giving scholarships also , they will select it by interviews. The scholarship amount depends on your financial background

The night life is very good because our college is located in the centre of banglore city so we are easily accessible to night life of banglore. Its really good for partying and it's also very secur too

Course Curriculum Overview:

Same curriculum as the NMC is followed . In the beginning ears there wont be much exposure clinically like any other hospitals later on in 3rd amd 4th year there is more clinical exposure and patient interaction. According to me the exam level of 1st year is a bit tough as it is a changing phase from 12th to college and everything is new later on we get adjusted and find it easy and will understand how to phase the exam and how it is different from the previous exams of 11th or 12th . Only one exam will be for a academic year which includes the whole syllabus of that year

St John's College of Nursing

For the course I applied only to St John's and CMC Vellore. The admission process in this college includes applying for the KCET which is the admission portal for Karnataka colleges. Based on your marks and a interview you'll be selected. there is no chance of recommendation. The eligibility criteria is you should be 12th pass with bio science. The cutoff based on the recent admissions is above 90%. I was accepted to the college before the entrance exam for CMC Vellore that's why I chose to go here. The college is recognised all over the world and has a large number of abroad graduates who are currently in various countries and in good position.The skill set from the college makes you a pro in nursing field....Read More
