St Johns medical college

The course duration is 4 years with the last year being internship with a pretty good stipend. The exam frequency is alright although the yearly exams can be a bit tough due to the whole portion. All the bsc courses are thought together in the first year from the second year onwards they go to their respective departments

The intership here lasts for a year and we get a stipend of about 7k per month. Each department has to do their duties in their own department unless they are asked to assist in any other departments.

For all bsc courses the fees is paid in semester 50000 each semester so 1 lakh per year And hostel fees depends upon the the selection of rooms available . The intership has a length of 1 year and provides better stipends that any other college

The daily I joined here I was introduce to all the clubs and the club committee there was a lot and we could join in any we want. The sports team here also is very good myself a volleyball player am happy with the sport encouragement they provide here. Here we have a variety of festivals for example the autumn muse South India's largest medical fest is held in st johns typically in September which goes on for abt a week

As of the moment all the males are provided single rooms for all courses and the mess fees are also same Hostel fees and mess fees together cost (in the case of single rooms)80000 per annum. The mess accomodation is very good and very neat The hostels are also kept clean

I had applied for manipal university and Amrita University in Kerala both are top medical colleges in India and I also got accepted but this college struck me because of its very less tution fees and the stipend amount that is the sole reason I chose this college also this college is In the heart of banglore city and very accessible and also a catholic institution as per the likes of my parents

Here the exams are held yearly and there are 3 IA and practicals are also held. Internal assessments are easy and the last internal assessment before the yearly exam is called preliminary and they are really helpful The faculty to study ratio is very gud and there are a lot of faculty members in each department and all of them are mostly doctors or finished their MD
