Remarks

The entire admission process was managed by the state CET cell wherein the applicant is required to submit all documents and select colleges as per their preferences and after the application is done the state governments conduct 3 rounds for allocation of the seats. Once the allocation is done the student is required to go to the college and secure the seat.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum is very good. The college has gained autonomous status so now it can be designed its own syllabus. The syllabus is as per industry standards and students are taught the latest technology right from AI, ML to IoT. The faculty is also good and well-versed with the subject matter. Term exams are conducted in the month of may for even semesters and Nov-Dec for Odd semesters and the exam are of Medium level difficulty.

The placement process is average to good . The process starts at the end of your 3rd year and continues for the first half of the 4th year . Companies visiting the college are : JPMC , MS , TCS , Jio , Infosys , Browserstack Highest package is 25.5 lakhs by MS and average salary is around 5-6 lakhs Computer dept has 100% placements record.

Fees and Financial Aid

The total fees currently are around 1.8-2 lakhs/annum which includes tution fess , library fees ,exam fees ,etc . Student can avail varoious scholarships made available by the Govenment of Maharahstra . There are cast wise scholarship and also general scholarship called EBC which can be availed by any student whose annaul family income is less than 8 lakhs . The placements in the college is pretty average . Most of the students opt for higher studies abroad so very few good companies come for placements . It includes JP Morgan , Morgan stanley , TCS ,etc

Campus Life

There is no such official annual fest in the college. There are various committees which do organized events on small scale throughout the year. There are committees for programming, literature, auto-mobile design, etc The college has a very big library with having a variety of books for all departments. The classroom is also very good and has digital boards and is fully air-conditioned. There is no ground in the college but the college has an annual sports day and also there are teams for various sports like cricket, football

Students are allowed to sit for placements from sem 7. There are a few strict rules which could be avoided.A lot of companies visit the campus, including Walmart, Goldman Sachs, Citi, DE Shaw, Deutsche Bank, Wipro, etc. The highest package offered is around 30 lpa and the lowest is around 2.5 - 3 lpa. Almost 100% of students get placed. I'm planning on getting a good placement offer as well.

A great place to learn and grow

1. First of all I got the Thadomal shahani college of engineering but I didn't took the admission in this college because I want to wait till the last round of CAP process. 2. Further I got the betterment i.e.AIML in DJ sanghvi college, which is good in placements as compared to Thadomal shahani college Of engineering, also the environment of study is too good in DJ sanghvi college. 3.There are two ways to take the admission in DJ sanghvi college, first through JEE MAINS and second through MHT CET. Students those who are stays in Maharashtra are mostly prefer MHT CET exam. The cutoff for Computer Engineering in this college is above 99+ percentile in MHT CET or 97-98 percentile in JEE MAINS. 4. DJ sanghvi college is an autonomous college. Reality Of DJ sanghvi College

DJ sanghvi college is a very reputated college ..in Mumbai...After VJTI and SPIT this is the best college in Mumbai for CET students ..
