Remarks
When i gave a visit to Kristu Jayanti College, i pretty much loved the place. The classrooms were well equipped with well digital mode of teaching. Looking at their past placement record, it has given good placements to its students. So taking all these in consideration, I finally decided to study here. I had to sit for CMAT which was conducted by AICTE/ MAT. Besides this a bachelor's degree with a minimum of 50% and work experience if i had any. It was followed by GDPI and counselling and accordingly seats were allotted. After paying the admission fee i was then ready to being for my classes.
Course Curriculum Overview
I was done with my BBA and so eventually then came MBA. I had actually come to work in Karnataka but then i changed my mind and ended up studying in KJC. We had 7 faculty members to conduct the classes. it included of HOD , professors and assistant professors as well. The curriculum consists of lecture based, weekly viva and MCQ tests. The classes are conducted through the digital smart projectors as well. Attendance of 75% is necessary or else we are not allowed to appear for my internal and external exam if necessary as well.
Placement Experience
We become eligible for interns from second semester onwards. It also depends upon course to course. For BBA program they become eligible from the 3rd to 4th semester. The interns are stipend as well as non stipend based and are given placements if the internship is done well. Apart from this, the placement takes place from the final semester onwards. Recruiters like Amazon, Flipkart, Big basket, HDFC, ICICI, axis and CITI come for recruitment. These are just some of the most visited companies in our campus. The average package starts from 3.5 lakhs up to 15 lakhs p.a.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fees are pretty expensive but then we were provided with good facilities and placements as well. My cost to study was 7lakhs in total. The fees can be paid in installments on semester basis .There are no campus jobs available but we do have scholarships which is given accordingly based on merit of past academics, entrance test and also accordingly to need based as well.
Campus Life
The campus consists of social groups, like photography club, music club, business club, environment club and many other clubs of interests as well. We also have a student council who is like a bridge between the administration and us, the students. We also have seminars and workshops conducted and avail a well maintained library including computer labs and digital classes, with WIFI and air conditioned rooms.
