Remarks
Purely on the basis of Delhi University cutoffs for Undergraduate. Few hours admission procedure by visiting the college you want to go to and completing the formalities once you clear the cutoff for a particular course you filled in the application form.
Course Curriculum Overview
The term exams were twice a year that is 6 times during the whole course of graduation. Moderately difficult and quite easy to pass as compared to other universities. The max marks of subjects can vary according to the type of subject. Usually, practical subjects include a portion of marks for practical and a certain portion for the theory paper.
Internships Opportunities
I did only one internship, I secured through college and the projects there had to be done through research and training provided by the company. Though, if you look at projects given in college, they are confined to assignments and presentations.
Placement Experience
I will be sitting for the entrance exams for pursuing a postgraduate degree from a decent government college. My friends though have either been placed or will be pursuing PG in various disciplines or will be going for CA since we have majored in commerce.
Fees and Financial Aid
Scholarships are available for the students if they reveal their family's financial status with proof. I didn't go for any scholarship so I don't have a very clear idea in this regard since my family was not comfortable revealing their financial statements. Financial assistance might be available for special cases. I did not take up any job from campus placements. But half of my batch is placed in firms providing different roles with the lowest package being 3LPA and the highest being 19 LPA.
Campus Life
There are about 30 registered societies running in DRC ranging from dance to drama to quiz to placement cell, and much more. You have an interest outside studies and they have a society for it. I was into quizzing, finance, arts, cyber and TEDx. They are a perfect boost to one's personality and help you be yourself outside classrooms.
