Remarks
I only applied to DRC and not to any other college. I didn't apply under any quota. best 4 marks of subjects of 12th standard is considered and including English is mandatory. You should be of at least 18 years of age to apply. the admission process was not much difficult. everything was systematic and happened easily.
Course Curriculum Overview
I wanted to do BCom (hons) since 10th class and it had all the subjects that interests me. there is enough faculty in DRC, don't know about the ratio. every faculty is well qualified for their job and till now I've been with great faculty. every month they take tests and every 6 months, at the end of the semester, we have semester exams. you need to study well to get a score in these exams.
Internships Opportunities
many companies have offered internship opportunities at DRC and for numerous roles, be it marketing and sales, finance, HR, volunteer etc. some of them are paid and some of them are unpaid and some companies offer stipend according to the work done by the student. don't know about that.
Placement Experience
From the 5th semester, one is eligible for campus placements. don't know much of which companies visits because I am not eligible for campus placements, yet. 12 lacs-14 lacs is the highest package so far, apparently. don't know about the average package. almost all students get placed in different companies who sit for the campus placements. my plan is to get a job and further study.
Fees and Financial Aid
fees are highly affordable. almost everyone can afford the fees yearly and even if one can't then they can apply under a specific quota. I didn't get any scholarship or financial assistance and I have yet to sit in campus placement.
Campus Life
annual fest's name is Manjari and it's conducted in the month of February or March. the library is huge and has every possible book in it. classrooms are in great condition with fans and tube lights and ACs in some specific rooms. there are various types of activities and societies available and one can choose according to them. I don't think there's any website or anything like that, not that i can think of any.
