Remarks

I have applied for the college through the CAP round. I have also applied for more colleges but the criteria were too high and did not get that college. I went to college and the representative helped me going through the entire process of admission.

Course Curriculum Overview

Each semester has two sessional tests and one annual exam. Also, each semester has assignments and projects. If you are doing all the assignment and projects on time you will not face any difficulty in passing any exam.

Internships Opportunities

College provides internship in every field. Also, we can find the company of our choice and can apply for the internship we want. Whoever wants to apply for an internship from college they have to contact a placement cell that will help students with the same.

Placement Experience

Mostly college brings good placement opportunities and different types of companies for each branch visit to our college for placements. In every year, placement in college is above 90%. The year in which I passed out, the highest package of placement was 10 lakh.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees structure is according to your caste and category under which you fall. For open fees is 100%. For obc its 50% plus scholarship. And for sc st it is according to government norms. Also, there is an admission quota for TFWS as well.

Campus Life

There are different types of social groups and clubs. Even I was in music club as well as the acting club. Also, there is a great opportunity for students who want to manage different events annually. Annually college organizes different types of events that are handled by students.

Placement Experience:

From 7th Sem, students are eligible for placements and undergo placement training. Many companies has visited so far but the big ones are Godrej, BEL, Framatome, etc. The highest package for mechanical was 7.5 LPA and the avg package was around 5 LPA with a majority of job roles as GET. Almost 95% students are placed. I'm preparing for GATE ME for higher studies

Highest is still unbeatable as one student in 2023 got a paycheck of 50 lakhs per annum from SIT. Even the average is over 10 lakhs now as most students are placed through SIT placements cell.

Course curriculum is also good and it is explained in detail on the college's website and there are labs for the courses which made learning fast and easy. Relevance(industry alignment)->8/10 The curriculum is designed to keep up with the industry needs especially in fast growing fields like computer science, management, design and pharmacy. Updated course such as AI, machine learning, cybersecurity, data science and 3D printing are included for tech students. Industry exposure depends on the students initiative it's not equally strong in every department. Comprehensiveness-> 7.5/10 First year courses focus on building strong basics in science, mathematics and communication skills. Later semesters introduce specialisation, electives, research projectsand soft skill training. The curriculum also includes personality development, entrepreneurship and innovation modules. We can get addmission in GHRCE nagpur by after taking JEE AND MHTCET exam. The cuttoff of each branch is different for civil 75% is required. GHRCE nagpur have it's own site from where we can know about all the addmission procedure also the details of reservation is provided on site. I found the addmission process very easy and simple.
