Experience of my college life

I want to b. Tech on chemical engineering and there are very few college on this department so from one source I got to know that the faculties, the placement are good enough so I enrolled this college.

There are almost 11 faculties in this department. Everyone is very well known on their aspects. Very friendly atmosphere us maintained all the time in the department so that everyone can grow their interest on the subject. There are 8-semester processes in this department and 16 internal exam. The internal exam is quite easy for the student because if the thorough discussion on any chapter in the class. After 8 semesters I really had a great interest on this subject so that I have choosed higher study and I have been really very much inspired for higher study from the department.

Yes, I have done many conferences, internships, and training from my second year. These are very much needed if you want to do a higher study. I have projects in graphene - the nanomaterial, rubbed technology, wastewater treatment

From the starting of 7 the semester the campus placement is going on. Himadri chemicals, aparna carbon, macloeds, various it companies, some cement companies are visited on my college. Those students who have 8 cgpa can sit on himadri chemicals and macloeds. I am doing the higher study (m. Tech)from Calcutta University. After that I have plan for phd. But I also got job on himadri chemicals and aparna carbon.

There is a scholarship process in this college. You have to go through a scholarship exam arranged by the department. If you pass then we have a 15% discount on fees of every semester. In the third semester, you will get an opportunity for an internship from where you can get money also. Overall the fees structure of this college from other colleges is pretty much good.

There are so many extracurricular activities happened at this college like techfest, chemiculture, sports, football matches, tree plantations, etc. The whole campus is soo big that you can pure oxygen also.
