Did my MHCET and got 92%tile. Course Curriculam was awesome where we had practical as well as experiential knowledge sharing sessions. There are learned senior professors, specially in the management department which is said to be the BEST in Pune after Pune Univ or may be even equally good. The other departments have excellent professors as well.

Hence, apart from normal syllabus, lot of other situations helped big time.

Feasible and affordable. Though not in the heart of Pune, Maharashtra Institute of Technology (MIT), Kothrud has pretty good accessibility, Fees: Rs. 92,000/ year.

The college has its own cricket, football and volleyball grounds. It also has 1500 sq. ft. modern style well equipped gymnasium. Table Tennis, facilities are also provided. Our students have participated and won number of prizes at Inter-Collegiate, University, State and National levels. MIT Pune has successfully organized several sports tournaments including Inter-Engineering Athletic Meet, Cricket, Basketball, Volleyball, Table Tennis tournaments, Zonal level Boxing, Badminton, Chess tournaments and Inter-Professional College Volley ball, Basketball tournaments.

Good experience. MIT works on the principle of holistic approach towards education, inculcating culture and creating value based engineers. MIT's First Alumni Meet was conducted in December 2007, and ever since, the alumni meetings have become a platform for all past MIT students all over the world to celebrate this common bond that binds them together. MIT gets its strength and stature from the various departments. Each department contributes significantly by conducting various activities under their independent past student associations. The Alumni Association conducts various programmes like recognizing professional and social achievements of fellow MITians through the presentation award of "Jewels of MIT", organizing interaction session with sponsoring technical events, facilitating placements mentoring, career guidance etc.
