Remarks

I wanted to be an architect since I was in class 10, so I researched about the best colleges in the country and I was told that SPA, Delhi was very good with a great faculty team, and lots of visiting faculties. There are also structures that have been appreciated in architectural terms and often visits to such structures help the students understand what is expected in the current modern world.

Course Curriculum Overview

Faculty was good and top class.they all was super lecturer. Everyone was supportive teacher. And encourage us to do research on our own.there was maximum women faculty because college was only for ladies.

Class Size: 31Course Fees: INR 11000 per year

Placement Experience

There are several placements and jobs are offered in our college and internship too are provided for different purposes, different talent.For example internships for mathematics students, participants interested for content writing,digital work,many social work related like NGOs, many companies.Our college also provide internships to interested students.

College Events

It is women college so boys not allowed. And there is so much safety with guards me police,PCR extra.so girls were so safe there.atmosphere was so cool and healthy.this is the only college in du who had a large size of sports grounds. This college always take their good number in state and international sports.

I feel like the curriculum is a little out dated and boring but due to a good faculty it makes the course more worthwhile The curriculum is very text based and less practical and more emphasis on bookish knowledge persists still .

Placement Experience:

Students after completing third year are eligible for placement. Placements start before starting of fourth year, and it requires students to have no backlogs in any subjects. However companies can imply their own rules to filter the students such as minimum CGPA criteria. But placements of our college is one of the best placement for a non-IIT college, despite having so many student intake.

Campus Life:

The Fest organised by this college is Priyadarshini and the annual fest Rajnigandha. The Fest are not great in comparison to other du college and are not that much celebrated. There are many different kinds books present in library like literature,Hindi, Chemistry, Maths, zoology, biology, botany, political science, History Geography the books are only alloted till 12pm and only for 15 days after that you will be charged if book is not returned Sports and Extracurricular are good but classrooms are not that great most projectors in classrooms don't work . There are many good societies in college like jamini the art society and others but joining has caused students to leave their classes which affects them academically

SPA DELHI REVIEW

Overall, there are lots of negative remarks on SPA DELHI. They do not even provide basic facilities for the fees they take. Even what little facilities that exists are very poorly maintained. The lifts does not work more often than not, the coolers for drinking water are outdated and filters unchanged, fire extinguishers outdated, poor parking facilities, no grounds for sports related activities, no air conditioners in the classroom for the unbearable Delhi heat, very poor provision of funds, non-existent placement cells, and the lists goes on....Read More
