Has good faculty and placements from Finance, Marketing and Operations. Admission procedure had three steps. Shortlisting on based of profile for the first two rounds and the last round is GDPI. The process starts from February and ends in April. The Institute is the premiere Institute in Tier 3 IIMs with the maximum and constant growth over a period of time.

Chose this course for amplifying on my under grad degree and get a new perception of work. There is a healthy faculty to student ratio with visiting faculty adding to the mix. Most of faculty has a really smooth pedagogy so as to help us learn the basics and explore further through various projects and assignments. Term exams were tricky but not as difficult as such. Had a healthy mix of easy, medium and difficult question so as to ensure bell curve.

Cipla, Xiaomi, Lombard, Kotak are few big names that came to campus giving roles of analyst, business developer, marketing etc. with stipend ranging from 20k-80k per month. Internship details are provided in the brochure.

From 2nd year or Term 4, students are eligible for placements. There are lot of companies that came for placements with Cipla, ICICI Lombard, Kotak, Jio Creative Labs, Xiaomi, Shoppers Stop as some of the big names that came for placements. Exact figures are given in the placement brochure and is cent percent reliable.

Fee hike is something I am still not okay with. Hiking the fee during pandemic era doesn't make much sense. Scholarships are provided based on merit and secured an internship with a stipend of 20k per month + variable.

Our cultural cum management cum sports fest AARUNYA is held in early half of February. It's the event to look forward too. Apart from that we have other smaller events lined up. For sports we have Kritansh to look forward to wherein there are plethora of sports played. Classrooms are equipped with projectors, greenboards, microphone, podium and nice comfortable chairs for students.

Geyser, water purifier, wardrobe, bed and mattress are provided of good quality rooms. It's like living in a well furnished rented flats. Food quality is okay with occasion mouth watering meals. There is no separate registration for hostel. Since it is close to airport, the locality doesn't have any other option to reside except hostel.

Had the process online so only had to face interview. Was grilled in the interview on why did I chose MBA after civil engineering and also was asked questions specifically about the history of my city Kolkata. History is something I am not really strong at but still managed to answer a lot of questions. Also some questions on GDP was asked.
