A place you would fall in love slowly and best experience of your life be it the locality opposite beach or the greenery or maintenance of university the big playground the wide varieties of canteens the big library a genuine love for college stays entire life.

GAT is for gitam entance i had got some 2300 rank and i got computer science through my 1st counselling..we were called for admissions throgh counselling in various parts of the state and was told about the course and fee structure..when we were satisfied we are required to pay and a book a seat for yourself.

Very focused and relevant curriculum throughout four years includes labs for practical knowledge. Also you will be guided for your future through the course. All the subjects were well structured. We had electives of image processing, embedded systems as departmental elective and vlsi as interdepartmental.

No internship was offered by the college but we must do internship separately as part of curriculum this is a non profit internship and no stipend but knowledge is a must have.

We had 100% placement in our batch and the placement officer managed to get every student placed we got microsoft, oracle, tcs, accenture, wipro, erricson, hcl and many companies came and this made us go for the best with 100% placement though microsoft had taken only 1 student it was an achievement to make each one placed.

We had Fest called Alacrity which is only for cse dept in my 1st year. TICES for IT and CSE departments together apart from this we had ISTE organisation for developing technical skills in students also we had GUSSAC student organisation for all extra cirrculsr activities.

Fee structure is little expensive but worth for the quality approx 1lakh per yr when i joined apart from this you have separate college fee it is a bit more compared to other colleges but you will not know that the best is always expensive until you get to know other colleges curriculum i genuinely feel gitam is worth a standard of life.

Merit cum means scholarship was availed by me i have received 10k per year based on merit you need to apply each year based on your semester performance and cgpa you will be credited to your bank details with no much process.

The best campus life one would get you will as a proud gitam its and bonding is so special with college and its memories gender ratio is almost equal and wide diversity of people can be seen from various parts of the country. Cultural club arranges dances, flash mobs, cultural fests events we have labs for every department physics, chemistry, electrical, computers, auto cad for civil with great equipment. We had robotics workshop from bangalore robotics each year.

That was my first time in a hostel and i got into GITAM campus hostel i had got great experience and best friends from the hostel food was better than any other hostel could offer which i realized after rooms were 4 sharing with enough space and cupboards room rent is also worth of 3500.

Seniors bring you the introduction of campus and later on it is your own experiences that makes you stand as an individual you can get your help from seniors whenever required especially during final year projects.

We had mids and semester exams internals were assessed for an average of 40 marks and externals for 60 marks each sem labs were there each week and an internal and external examination for labs too along with viva. It is a very chilled out process making you relaxed and enjoy your study and stay.

From the beginning we were guided by faculty of high quality and great experience. Especially the head of the departments have great vision on course and what should be part of curriculum each teacher has their own style of teaching in making us understand the subject we were given assignments as part of continuous assessments.
