Regarding vignan University

Good is that our university is giving scholarships for meritorious students. Bad is keeping more examinations especially weekends on every monday, by this weekend exams we are not able to enjoy our sunday. Management will always encourage new talents.

In whole andhra pradesh this is the only college which is having textile and fashion technology branch in this institution. Again settling in the future also having more scope in textile field, i have chosen this branch in this college. Again it is quite nearer to our home than telangana (osmania University).

According to our branch, it is of textile and fashion technology. We are not learning much about this textile and fashion. According to my point of view this curriculam is quite discomfort to clear all the competative exams like gate etc. Again selection of open Electives based on interesting fields of branches, this will helpful for us to learn others subjects.

Yes, Our college is providing internships for the students who are pursuing their current 8th semester. The general stipend can excpect below 10k.

Especially for our branch there is not much record in placements. Management won't help from their side to get placements. We will try to put our efforts and keep on pushing the management to get placements. For other branches like cse, ece, eee will get good placements.

MAHOTSAV. Srujananukara. Annual day. Farewell day. Convocation. Mahotsav, it is a national level event. It includes more games and some technical events. Srujananukara is also a national level event but which encourages the technical stuff of the students. Convocation is giving degrees. Annual day is all about celebrating the memories of whole year. Farewell day is giving send off to the just passed out students.

Fee structure is quite acceptable in case of our branch. They are charging around 90k peranum. In case of lower middle class, they cant bear this much of fees. Again this college is providing good scholarships for all meritorious students who got more than 960 marks in intermediate exams.

About campus, it is providing us very good piece of environment for us to study. Every where in the campus we will find greenery that keeps our mind and soul very fresh. There is no such gender ratio issues in this campus.There is no discrimination about gender. Extracurricular activities are exceptionally good. Some conferences will held duringvthe semester period.

Hostel facilities are not much good. But, ok. About cleanliness in the washrooms is not at all good. They will do cleaning once in a week or twice. Hostel rooms are very much conjusted. Mess food is quite good,but they are not providing good quality items.

Yes, Aluminis are really helpful to us. They will encourage us in each moment. They are helping us to get internships in MNC industries.

Exam structure is quite much complicated task in this university. Because there is no rest for the students. Students has to write weekend exams every Monday. Again three mid examinations. Out of three mid examinations they will consider best 2. Out of six weekends they will consider best 4. Sem exams, Lab externals and internals are common for all the universities.

I clered the entrance test which is kept by this institution. Again i got 952 marks in intermediate IPE examinations. So that i got 25% fee concession. For getting the admission in this institution, the student should free from backlogs in intermediate and have to got more than 650 marks. By this direct you vist this institute and take admission.

Maximum of the faculty is from IITS and NITS. Maximum of the faculties came after their completion of Mtech itself. Faculty from phd background is very less. But all the faculty will help us to learn new things. Faculty will help us to publish these papers and posters in journals.
