I took GITAM Admission Test (GAT) and ranked 237 and got the admision. This is one of the best college for engineering particularly, it’s civil Engineering and Computer Sc. depts. are among the best in the Andhra. There are lots of activities for overall personality development.

Yes they provide internship as working at a startup gives a new vibe to a person who has not seen the industry from the inside. I did my summer intern at a startup and the values they have set the spirit for anyone who works in the company.

As being a graduate everyone expects to be placed by the time they leave the college, well I'm a graduate now. GITAM has a good placement record.Placements will be excellent for people expecting Software jobs, but for core, it is above average.

The Kodi Rama Murthy Indoor Stadium of International standards have been the venue for many important intercollegiate events. The well laid out, spacious play grounds for various athletic events and games has been an arena for exuberant sports activities. The synthetic and clay floodlit tennis courts of international standards have been the venue for GITAM AITA Super Series.

Campus life is expensive and its upto the students to make good use of their many by properly utilizing the facilities.The fees is huge and approx 13 lakhs for the course.Its little expensive compared to other engineering colleges in Andhra Pradesh. However, I think it is worth because the return on investment is fair.

Students can even avail the Student Loan offered by Union Bank in Campus don't think of high fees it would count under the brand value for future. Life would be more enjoyable if students participate in Voluntary Organisations in Campus and Outside like AIESEC, Alloy and Mad, etc.

College life was awesome, management fest and Gustav carnival are worth waiting for.Infrastructure is excellent in the limited area. They try to do their best with the surroundings.It a nice place to get your degree. The adaptability depends on the person but I take it as a nice place to hang on with friends.Its huge 50 acres of green campus provides an awesome range of facilities & infrastructure for sports & fitness for a meager fee,as the institute is government run. University culture will be good.

Hostels are one of its kind and the food men is very frequently changed by the review given by the students.For hostel in beginning you need to pay around ₹50,000 for pre booking from which you would be paid back ₹10,000 at the end.Every month you would be getting a bill which includes mess charges, hostel rent, power, maintenance, etc which would vary from ₹7000-₹10,000/month.

Seniors are way more helpful than the teachers we usually used to plan for any curricular activities inside the campus and usually we solve the problems together. We also saw alumni B.E 1984-1988 batch.

There is best lab equipped for UG and Software applications but for civils labs are good mostly the practical sessions. The teaching department is just above average but the laboratories with the technical equipment’s and the infrastructure is good.

The teachers are good and there are few who will make sure you enjoy studying over here. And as well there are few who the typical professor. I study Civil and we have the best of renowned and dedicated faculty. The whole curriculum is designed to provide flexibility to choose among interdisciplinary subjects.Faculty try Innovative ways to teach students, smart learning and live examples were mostly used in describing.
