IIM Kozhikode in brief.

The initial shortlist is based on the CAT cutoffs of all students in the month of February. Thereafter the processes followed by a professional form filling, group discussion and personal interview. The admission process more or less wraps up by the end of April. Aspirants are recommended to polish their academic knowledge, general knowledge, current and business affairs.

IIM Kozhikode offers one of the most rigorous and comprehensive courses in the field of management. All the faculties are very highly qualified and hail from top national and international universities. The institute follows a 4 semester's system and examinations are held at the middle and end of each semester.

Ample internships and live project opportunities come to the campus from various prestigious organisations such as Colgate Palmolive, Hindustan Unilever etc. Students also do take part in external opportunities

IIM Kozhikode offers one of the best placement records in the country among top management institutes. Various reputed firms such as Microsoft, BCG, Goldman Sachs visit here as regular recruiters. The highest placement goes up to 56.1 lakh per annum and the average placement is around 25.2 lacs per annum. Most of the student get placed through College placements.

The fees of the two year PGDM program is approximately 20.6 lacs which includes hostel fees as well. The students can easily get loans and finance from most of the banks and institutions due to the reputation of the college. The student can also opt for all government scholarships attached.

The campus of this Institute is very scenic and beautiful. All modern amenities such as a digital library, data and computer labs, exclusive online resources are made available to the students. Various cultural and business events are organised by student clubs and committees throughout the year. The college also organises an annual cultural and management fest.

As this is a residential program student have to mandatorily of for hostel and the hostel charges are included in the total fees. The meals provided at the hostel are up to the mark and nutritious. The hostel registration I was handled by a separate division in the institute administration
