- Once you are placed, stick with the company. Dont go for sales, or else companies will kick you out in no time because of the package they are offering you

- The campus is very beautiful. It is there amongst the hills and gives a very pleasant feel.
- Connect with different people with vivid background gives a reason to connect to all the batchmates in a very positive manner.

- Faculties are not good in wholesome. They are very rigid.
- The management of iim doesn’t understand basic problems a person can have in their lives. It becomes very difficult because of unforeseen circumstances which are never addressed on time
Course Curriculum Overview:
As I mentioned before some courses are very comprehensive and make you learn a lot in the course of time. But being very hard on theory subjects the teachers should understand no one would ever memorise the concepts being taught. And as it's an EPGP course, teachers should be more flexible in terms of exams. It is important to understand this aspect and be practice. The exams are every 3 months. It becomes difficult to prepare the way they set the exams and classes get over just a day before the exam.

- The campus's remote location, pose challenges in terms of accessibility to urban amenities
Placement Experience:
At IIM Kozhikode, placements for students in their final-year commence in the second year. There are about 120 companies that are participating, some of which are consulting giants like BCG, Bain, and Accenture Strategy. Leading companies from BFSI( Goldman Sachs, Citibank), FMCG( Nestle, HUL), IT(Amazon, Microsoft), etc visit regularly. In 2023, the highest package that was offered was INR 67 LPA, while the average package stood at INR 31 LPA.

- The weather is too humid most days in Kozhikode.
- Hostel allocation is random and some people get better rooms than others
Placement Experience:
Campus placements are available. There is an office and a committee for the same. Everything about the process is discussed with the candidates once they join. Data regarding campus placements is available on IIMK's website.

- Campus Life is good as I got to engage in different activities like sports, cultural fests and much more. I have met some really good people as well.

- Placements were bad due to Market conditions.
Placement Experience:
Placements happen at the campus. More than 100 companies visit each year and offer roles across domains. Campus Placements happen in 3 phases - Summer Placements, Lateral, and Final Placements. The summer placement drive is held in the First trimester. The institute has mandated an 8-week internship to graduate to 2nd year. Lateral placements are conducted for students who have more than 24 months of work experience. In the second year, final placements are conducted. Some of the companies visiting the campus include Deloitte, EY, PWC, Nomura, J&J, HUL, Asian Paints, Loreal, Myntra, Flipkart, Amazon, Ola, Reckitt, etc.

The college provides placement and you can get all information related to placements on the college's site if you want to know about the average package, median, highest, sector-wise, companies which visit campus and the number of offers made. - campus, It is the most beautiful campus and most probably most beautiful in the asia.
- faculty, they are very professional and are always there for you, supportive.
Dislikes
- there is no attached washroom in single shared rooms which is just not acceptable.
- since campus is too big, walking distance becomes quite large due to this
Placement Experience:
In IIM Kozhikode placement record is 100% with an average salary of 31lakhs, In the first year summer internship placements will happen and in the second year final placement process will start. In 2022 123 companies came and gave 580 offers to students for final placements, all the big companies came to campus including Bain, BCG, Mckinsey, JPMorgan and many others.

Placement Experience:
During the first year of college students sit for the Summer internships interview process and during the second year students sit for final placements. All students from the course are eligible for both summers and finals.
Course Curriculum Overview:
I chose this course since I am interested and have relevant work experience in the same. The faculties are quite knowledgeable and follow a dynamic methodology to drill down concepts in students. Exams are held in a timely manner, with only a few courses a little difficult

- Location of the college is a bit far from city
- Airport is very far from the college and takes about 1.5 hrs
Course Curriculum Overview:
Courses in the first year are the same for the whole batch while one has to select various electives depending on their preferences. The faculty-student ratio is roughly 1:9. Faculty is very well-qualified and experienced.
Placement Experience:
First-year students get the internship heat in the first trimester. For the final years, placement runs in the 5th and 6th trimesters. People convert jobs during internships as they are offered PPO by certain companies. Placements are 100%. The average package is around 23lpa and highest around 48lpa. There are big brands visiting the campus and loyal recruiters coming every year.
