There are ample opportunities available for everyone to develop and it is upon students to make the best use of such opportunities.
Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum remains the same for all the students in the first three terms. This is done to make the students acquainted with basic knowledge of all the domains being offered and to equip them with enough knowledge to make an informed decision while they choose their specialization. Most students choose their specialization based on their interests, their summer internship profile, and based on the feedback from the senior. There is a session organized before the electives have to be chosen, to clear any doubts that the students may have regarding the subjects. The faculties are very well versed and equipped with the knowledge and are also indulged in various research projects and activities. Other than academics, there are mandatory programs like village immersion, where all the students have to mandatorily visit nearby villages to see their problems. The classes are mostly cased study-based, and there is continuous evaluation through class participation, quizzes and exams.

No one faces any issue with regards to fees, as banks are very readily available to provide education loans, without any hassle. Other than that, there are few scholarships offered to students on the campus. The eligibility criteria and the amount differs, and this information is readily available on the institute's websites. Other than that, students actively take part in case competitions, and love project opportunities, which not only enhance their skills but also reward them financially.
Campus Life
There are a plethora of activities that happen on the campus every now and then. There are multiple formal, informal, and regional committees for the students to get into. These committees organize several events all through the years and make sure that the campus is always lit. There are formal committees for marketing, operations, finance, data analytics, consulting, and so on. Other than these, there are committees for dance, drama, singing, photography, etc. There are various sports teams as well, and the legendary XLRI-IIMC rivalry is known to all. Joining these committees also help the students a lot in their skills development. The major fest of the institute is Ensemble-Valhalla, which organizes a multitude of events, and attracts thousands of participants from across the country. Another exciting fact is that the regional committees organize regional dinners, which are very lit, and also give the students to have a more open perspective and knowledge about different cultures.
Hostel Facilities
All the students are provided single accommodation throughout their stay on the campus. There are separate hostels for boys and girls and a common mess. The rooms are quite spacious, and amenities like cleaning services, washing machines, etc. are provided to all the students. The mess food is quite healthy. There is an infrastructure committee on the campus, that tends to the issues students face in their hostels or in the mess. The menu is changed based on the reviews and suggestions of the students. In short, the accommodation, and food on the campus are decent.
Interview Experience
Once you clear the cutoffs in the respective exams, the next process for admission starts. There will be a Group discussion, followed by WAT and a Personal Interview. There can be 7-10 members per panel in the Group Discussion. The topics can vary from something very recent in the news to very abstract ones as well. It depends entirely upon the panel. The GDs are 20 minutes long and completely driven by the group. Post GD, the students are asked to write their views on the topic in 10 minutes. The personal interviews happen after that. In general, the panel consists of three professors. The range of questions can vary from abstract questions to behavioural questions. There can be few questions from the undergraduate subjects, work experience, prior internships, hobbies, or some peculiar points on the resume. The important thing to keep in mind is, to be honest, have a clarity of thought in mind about why do you want to pursue this career path, and be confident.
