Internship opportunities

I joined USICT because it is in Delhi and by studying in Delhi we get very good exposure and if someone wants to prepare for competitive exams LIke GATE, UPSC, CAT, SSC, etc in Delhi we get the best faculties and coaching for these exams. The admission is done on the basis of jee mains exam. The process starts after 2 or 3 months of jee mains result. This college is growing very fast and its package is also increasing every year.

I chose CSE because I am interested im coding and programming. There is 1 faculty on approx 10 students so students get to interact with the experienced faculties. most of the faculty is Ph.D. here. The teaching quality is good and teachers teach in an interesting manner. exams are held 2 times in one semester namely mid-semester and end semester and assignments and projects are given from time to time. if we study what is taught by the teachers we can easily pass the exams.

Companies like TCS, AMAZON, DOUBTNUT provide internship opportunities here. roles range from a coder to business management. most of the startups provide internship opportunities here. The stipend varies from company to company. projects are related to coding and programming. many students also qualify GSOC here. In 2020 16 students cleared GSOC.

The placement scenario is very good and placements are increasing every year. IN 2020 the highest package was 28 lpa by amazon. companies are Amazon, Flipkart, TCS, jpmorghan , Accenture, Yamaha, honda are regular visitors. the average package of CSE is 14-15 lpa and of the entire college including every branch, the average is around 9 lpa. approx 93 % students get placed here, I am also planning to get a good job out of my college.

The fee is 79000 for the 1st year including all the one-time fees and for the rest of the years, it is 69000. the fee hike every year is very minimal. financially weaker students can easily get scholarships from the Delhi government. as such there are no campus jobs but we can take internships in college. the overall cost to study for 4 year b.tech is 5 to 6 lacs which is very less than most of the private colleges.

The annual fest in ANUGUNJ has a footfall of thousands every year and the tech fest is there 2 to 3 times every year. the library contains a variety of books and journals to study the library has good wifi speed and Air conditioning. The classrooms are well equipped with black and whiteboards and projectors. Most of the sports facilities are here from cricket, TT, lawn tennis, swimming pool, football , hockey, badminton, etc. There are clubs related to computer science and electronics. ACM computer club is there for app development, cybersecurity, AI technology, Ieee is there which is a global society, Dance music, and debating, E cell is also there, which are run by the students. recently NCC AND NSS are also started from 2020.

The hostel's facilities are excellent, the infrastructure is very good, you get single seater rooms from 1st year itself. Study table and bed and lighting. Mess food is good and healthy. late night cantine is also there and Amul parlor too. The menu is managed by the student council and special meals are also given at festivals. we have to fill a form for the hostel during admission. The fee is 65000 including room rent, mess, gym.
