Remarks

IIM is one of the esteemed colleges in India with 100% placement records. The admission process for the IIM requires CAT and other national entrance exam scores. The CAT exams are held in the month of November every year to take admission in the preceding academic year. The institute also involves Overseas admission and exchange Program with international associations.

Course Curriculum Overview

PGPM in Marketing is very essential nowadays to tackle the current market requirements. The 2-year flagship program at IIM teaches the students to conquer society with its skillset programs. The faculty at IIM is well experienced in their fields and still pursuing their research program. The program is divided in 6 semesters and at the end of each semester, exams are conducted.

Internships Opportunities

Yes, the institute provides Summer internship program after the completion of 4th semester. The internship period lasts up to 3-4 months. The highest stpend offer was of INR 3.2 Lakhs and the average stipend was 2 Lakhs. Total of 179 students participated in the summer internship program. Companies like V-Gurad, HP, HCL, HDFC Bank, Ultratech and KMPG were invited to take part in the summer internship program.

Placement Experience

The Institute invites major corporate companies to provide placement opportunities to the students. Our batch observed the highest placement offer of INR 35.16 LPA and an average package of INR 20.48 Lakhs. Most of the recruiters were from Engineering background. Fidelity, Infosys, Bosch, Accenture, Tech Mahindra and many more participated in the final placement drive.

Campus Life

The institute is focused not only on academic excellence but also on individual personality growth to face the issues in the future. The institute organizes various workshops, festivals, and annual fests to showcase the hidden talents of the students.

Interview Experience

Yes, IIM conducts group discussion and personal interview rounds for the selection process. Eligible candidates and called in for both the rounds and their composite score is evaluated for each candidate.

Placement Experience:

Campus placements are decent, especially when one talks about its authenticity and compares it to a lot of colleges in the country. We are associated with some good names like EY, Asian Paints, SBI, Vedanta, etc. The mean and median hover around 8.5 - 9.5 LPA mark. Last Highest: 15 LPA and Lowest: 5.5 - 6lpa. Roles offered may not be the best, but they are decent too.

The admission process starts with CAT Exam on the last Sunday of November Every year. The eligibility to give the CAT exam is that one must have more than 50% in 10th, 12th and Graduation. After the CAT results are declared, one must go through a Group Discussion, Written Ability Test and Personal Interview. After these processes are done, a composite score will be generated based on 10th, and 12th, graduation marks, Work Experience, GD, PI and WAT performance.
