Remarks

I am a student of Calcutta University. It is very good University for students who want to study after graduation as they provide subject which are useful for student's carrier. The admission is held between April to July and students can enroll any time within this period. If any one want to explore about University he/she can simply type Calcutta University in any browser.

I am a Commerce student and for my higher course I have to join any University,So I choose this University as it is near from my hometown. I personally met the teachers of Calcutta University regarding my photo in admit card and I feel helpful they help me to shortout problem. If any one wants to pass without fail in any subject he/she must write answers by their own words.

After becoming graduate any student can apply for a job on the basis of gratuation degree. Till placement is available only after completing higher education

College Events

The infrastructure of University is in progress many changes are going to be done such as lift facility, computer etc. The building has only 4 floor till date. There is a library just after the mate gate. Annually there were almost 20 sports are conducted such as cricket tournament, kho-kho tournament, relley races etc.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fee is very low as I experienced. I know very less about campus jobs but if any one want to be a professor in Calcutta University he /she can apply for that. I am a student and I have no job right now.

Good Faculty but Average Campus Life

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum was relevant for beginners and covered important computer subjects like programming basics, DBMS, networking, and computer fundamentals. Exams were conducted semester wise with internal assessment, and the difficulty level was moderate. Overall the curriculum is good for basics, but it should be updated with more modern topics and practical learning.

Budget Best College For Students in Sonarpur

Placement Experience:

Mostly what i know, from 7th or 8th semester the students are eligible for the campus placements. Wipro, TCS, etc are the companies who come to recruit students from this college. The highest package is like 15 LPA, the average package is around 6-8 LPA. 50-60% of students get placement. After the degree, if i get the job i would like to purse MCA, while doing my job.

The cutoff is very low, and there is 200-250 seats in the commerce department. The timing of awesome or January to March and timing of even sins are July to August.
