IIM Kashipur is situated in the foothills of Himalayas and endorses a lush green campus with outstanding infrastructure. However, the location of college far away from a city does pose a problem. But we have all the necessities made available to us on the campus. IIM Kashipur comes under the purview of CAP where 9 IIMs take part. After the cap process, the college releases its merit lists and subsequent waitlists.

The college has an outstanding faculty pool from various domains of management. Apart from that, we also have more than 30 guest faculties from other top management colleges like IIM Ranchi, IIM Trichy, MDI Gurgaon etc. As of now, the classes are taking place in an online mode even for the students on campus. The exams and quizzes take place on software to ensure minimum biases.

The summer internship process for the current batch is concluded. Various roles were offered across various domains like Marketing, operations, finance, HR and IT Analytics. The college ensures that the entire batch is placed and holds a record of 100% placement throughout.

The summer placement of the batch 2020-22 is concluded and the final placement of the seniors batch is ongoing. The highest stipend offered is 3.2 lacs for MBA core and 3.15 for MBA analytics. Many companies took part in the process and offered roles across all domains.

The fee of IIM Kashipur is around 17 lakhs for two years which is spread across 6 terms. Scholarship opportunities are also provided to students on the need-cum-merit basis to both the first year and second-year students. There are various incentives from the governments as well to support and help the MBA aspirants in the country.

The campus life art IIM Kashipur is very vibrant. We have a gymnasium, amphitheatre, mini amphitheatre, sports ground, lake, restaurant, grocery store to name a few. Sports ground includes separate spaces for basketball, badminton, tennis, cricket etc. There are various committees, clubs and cells who look after the day to day functioning of the college as well as catering to the interests of students.

The hostel rooms are double equipped for the first-year students. Each floor has a microwave, refrigerator, washing machine. Rooms have two beds, two tables and two chairs along with wardrobes. Radiant heating/cooling is there in each building.

The CAP round of admissions consists of a written test i.e. WAT followed by a personal interview round. The WAT round is mostly related to the latest trends and current affairs and sometimes some abstract topics too. This year for the batch 2021-23 will only have to face the personal interview since the written round will not be feasible to conduct online.
