A valuable course

Established in 1997, DMS, IIT Delhi is situated in the heart of the city. It is ranked 8th in the NIRF ranking 2020. The fee structure for the entire program is approximately 10 L which is very reasonable and placement salary is around 20L PA which is being higher than most colleges in India, which provides a great ROI. The curriculum of the college is as per the need of the industry and it helps students to strive towards excellence by providing great opportunities in form of Live Projects and Internship.

The curriculum of DMS is industry-driven. The faculty here is one of the best in the country. Various Senior Professor like Prof. PK Jain is the best in the world. These Faculties have a rich experience and are the authors of various management books in the domain of finance, marketing, operations, etc which are referred across all IIM's. They are extremely helpful and lead you to think differently and provide industry experience through case studies.

The college does offer summer internship opportunities for all the students. The companies that visit the campus provide diverse opportunities in all domains and also provide PPO and PPI opportunities to the students on the basis of their performance. The students are also given various other opportunities such as Live Projects and Winter Internship.

The college does provide 100% internship and placement opportunities to the students in various domains such as sales and marketing, finance, consulting, and operations. Many renowned companies visit the campus for final placement. The average CTC for final placement is around 20L per annum which begins at the end of the 3rd semester.

The fee structure for the entire MBA program is very reasonable and is around INR 10 Lakh. Various scholarships are available for the students based on various aspects every semester. Most of the bank branch inside the campus provide student Loan at a low-interest rate.

I haven't been to campus due to COVID so have not enjoyed the campus life. The college organizes various cultural and sports events and we also have annual management, cultural and sports fest where students can participate in various business and other events. We also have a lot of clubs and committees for students to participate in and grow as an individual.

The whole admission process is quite smooth. We had a written ability test and personal interview round. The topic for WAT generally reloves around the current economic conditions of the country or is an abstract topic and the Personal Interview round is on the basis of student resume and the statement of purpose and its little technical but not a stress interview.
