Remarks

Take CAT exam Check the Cutoffs of the college Apply for the application in the institute (Rs.800 for my college) You will be called up for an interview as it is a pandemic, Virtual Interview. Mostly the questions would around tell me about yourself and what is the motivation behind joining this college? Why MBA after Engineering? If you have work Ex what observations have you observed in your organization? Post-MBA what do you want to become?

Course Curriculum Overview

Course Curriculum was good. 1. It was semester-based. Total of 4 semesters and need to complete a mandatory 2-month internship probably internships. A total of 72 credits need to meet in order to attain the degree. DMS IIT Delhi has a world-class faculty who got their doctoral degrees from universities situated worldwide and all the faculty members have world-class industrial experience and lots of corporate interactions.

Class Size: 129Course Fees: INR 480000 per year

Internships Opportunities

I haven't experienced an internship until now as I am in my first year. Our college offers better live projects and internships. The Highest STipend received is 3 Lakhs whereas the average stipend is around 1.73 Lakhs.

Placement Experience

Our seniors and alumni of the past 3 years have experienced top-notch placements from the top companies. The average CTC is about 22 lakhs and the highest CTC received is 30 Lakhs to the batch of 2021.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees structure is compiled on the terms of IIT Delhi. For SC, STs, and PwD there is a full waiver of fees whereas Other category students need to pay fees of 2.4 Lakhs per semester and for a total of 4 semesters. Financial assistance will be given by banks only.

Campus Life

Right Now Our campus has not opened due to pandemics. The college is being conducted over virtual mode compromising of classes on IIT Delhi Moodle and MS Teams. The Committees and clubs are run over socially.

Interview Experience

Due to the Virtual admission process, the group discussion and the written test were canceled, instead of these methods, there was only one interview taken which compromises both technical and behavioral questions.

Compass provide a place the highest package our were born is 20 lakhs per annum from the Fite department and the average placement gets around 8 to 10 laks and the minimal is7-8 lakhs. Placement Experience:

Till the time of writing, I am in 3rd month of my 5 month last semester and in my class about 60% of my batch is placed. You have to submit a student body fee of 40000 a year to be eligible for taking placements as this help out in having events organized outside the college. As there is no placement cell provided by DU, our student body is mostly run by students. Currently highest package offered was about 27 lpa and roles that have come are management trainee, Junior Data scientist, risk analyst etc.

Truth about jims kalkaji

Placement Experience:

The unique selling point of this college would be placement. Big companies come here for hiring and take a bunch if students among them, the students who have completed their first year are eligible to sit in placement Companies like Delloite, Black Rock, loreal, Federal Bank, MRF, and many more visit every year for placement with an average package of 8 to 9 lakhs. The highest package one student got is 33 lakhs. The percentage of students getting placed is 80-100 percent, depending on the time. My plans after my degree are the same as many students to get placed in a good company with a good package

Standing tall in COVID times

The placement records were good, and I believe attending college in Delhi will provide a very good exposure in terms of interacting with industry personnel. DMS IIT Delhi: From the eye of an insider

DMS IIT Delhi is one of the prestigious colleges for MBA. It is constantly ranked top 10 as per NIRF ranking for Management colleges and ranked 1 for Research, AAA+ ranking as per TIME Institute, 5th in QS ranking. Moreover, the location of Delhi attracts a lot of corporate for placements. DMS is better than most of the new IIMs in terms of educational excellence, placements, location, opportunities and quality of faculties. Although, since it is part of IIT D most of the activities are controlled by central IIT D Administration, thus slowing down the process. Semester system affects major International collabs. It also lacks IIM tag and fame among commoners. Admission form opens a day after CAT results.
