Remarks

This college is a Sikh minority college. The admission forms of college start around the mid of May and the admission process starts in June. This college fulfils all the aspects of any girls college. The college environment is nice and safe.

Course Curriculum Overview

All the faculty of the college is helpful and frank. I choose this course because I wanted to study in girls college which have computer science so at that time this was the only girl's college having B.Sc CS (Hon). All the faculties are well qualified like masters and PhD holding. Exams are conducting semester wise in December and May.

Internships Opportunities

My batch was the first batch of B.Sc CS(Hon) in the college. So we found a little difficultly in it. Yes, some startups offer internships. And the work we had to do is building websites, apps and no stipend is given.

Placement Experience

There was no company came for placement. Few companies visited there but only for customer care services which are not preferable for any computer science student. There are 6-7 students got placed in a company like TCS and Deloitte (only just because of off-campus placement) but a few students didn't get offer letter science Jan 2020.

Fees and Financial Aid

Fees are not that high in this college but as compared to other DU college it's a little bit high. There is only one scholarship given by them but on the basis of the financial condition of the student's family. A few of the students get it.

Campus Life

To be an honest fest of this college is medium. I mean not that grand and the societies of the college is not popular. Amenities in the classroom is good, all students used to interact with each other. There is no playground or park in the college so that students can play or sit outside.

The students become eligible for placements after second year or even third year. Companies like Google, Deloitte, KPMG, HDFC Bank, Maruti Suzuki, McKinsey, etc visited our college for placements and recieved over 200 placement offers in the latest year 2025. Highest package of Hindu College is 36.5 LPA and the average package is 11.4 LPA. Hindu College has a high placement rate of 95% of eligible students securing a placement here. My plan is to prepare for UPSC or SSC-CGL after my degree.

MSCW is Magical!

CUET is a top level entrance and DU too a top level university and most colleges under it are among the top. I also wanted the best women's college of DU and that is LSR but with a score of 430 out of 800, only a few colleges were available and Mata Sundari was one of those. Honest MSCW review

Honestly I wasn't sure about taking admission into this college infact i never intended to...
