Remarks

I liked the college academics way too much than any other college in kolkata. I found about the events that is organised by the college and that encouraged me more to take admission in JDBI. I checked my course curriculum which I found more worthy.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum provided by the college is very accurate and worth taking a shot. I am pursuaded by the academics alot and I also want to take active part in any of the college cultural fests since our college is best at it. The faculty is also very cooperative.

Course Fees: INR 430000 per year

Placement Experience

The college placement cell is recognised for providing well established jobs to the candidates and also the companies they call for campus placement are also very well reputed. One of my seniors named Sanskar Jaiswal has his own startup as a blogger and he is doing quite good at it.

College Events

As I am in the 1st year I have not attended much of the college events. But as far as I have heard there are alot of interesting technical and cultural programmes held by the department. I am really excited to attend the college fests as these are organised on a large scale and for 2-3 days.

Placement Experience:

1)From 6th semester students become eligible for campus placement. 2) Cognizant , TCS(most fav), Wipro, startups, IBM visit for recruitment . 3)In 2023 highest was 45lpa by amazon average is 4.5lpa. 4)From our Hostel each and every senior get placed. some with good package like tcs digital, even off campus (2025). 5)My plan is to take a job and enter in IT firm to learn and teach new technolgies through my YOUTUBE.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Personally i opted for electrical and electronics instead of the branch of my choice is because my scores were not enough to secure a seat in CSE. But EEE is pretty cool as well for those willing to grow in this branch. Our curriculum exposes us to the rapidly growing sectors in the industry and educates us of all we need to know about the course in depth. If you want to continue ahead in a research field, this Institute is the most supportive. The exam questions are also relevant enough and considering we only need to actually stress over end semesters, its fair enough per semester. It would be better if our professors removed the attendance criteria rest im fine with everything else
