The main factor that made me choose this College was Civil branch. To study BE i only prefered Civil branch because in future if i got job, there will be the possibility of posting in my own town.There was no option for me to choose other colleges because in Guwahati i have not got civil but in jorhat 3 seat was left and i bound to take that though the communication line is not good from my place.

1 year advance than 2015 batches. Some syllabus which we studied the whole semester do not comes in the end- term examination. Because of that, students percentage decreases.The faculties were quite good. But some faculties are weak in explanation though they are expert. Students and faculties most of the time we get problem in communication. Not all the students understand Assamese because most of us are from other states and some faculties thought that all students understand Assamese.

I dont have any idea about placement and job opportunities. I am not interest in privates or any other companies. I just aimed government job.

It was good. Cultural and management of festivals are systematically used to arrange by the students, especially the students organisation. In our college, we have one big festival i.e Phoenix. In this festivals good Artist, bands, eyc. are used to be invited and DJ also as well.

Hostels rooms are quite small for 4 students in each room. The rooms are damn and in rainy season we get fungus in our cloths, bed etc. But nowadays, girls hostel is under construction and it become quite hygiene and fresh.
