Remarks

J D Birla is the 10th best BBA college in India and it holds 4th rank in kolkata. It's is affiliated to the most prestigious Jadhavpur University. Best part about the college is that it Focuses on the holistic development of the students rather than only focusing on the academia. It encourages you to study as well as trains you to be a active member in the college. The college provides top notch placements and internships.

Course Curriculum Overview

BBA curriculum of JD Birla is too good. All the courses that it provides are relevant and comprehensive. It focuses on the academics of the students and provide them with wholesome knowledge whereas the faculty of JdBirla is Is amazing. The teachers provide with all the information that a candidate requires. They help everyone without any hesitation and obvious all teachers are student friendly. College has around 8 societies including a social service club, entrepreneurship club, green club and amy more where studnets can participate and focus on their development as well as make their own college better.

Placement Experience

Placements and job opportunities are worth it. Many big companies like Deloitte, Amazon, HDFC Bank, United colours of Benetton and many more visits the campus every year. And many students gets placed according to the personal interview s or the group discussions held by the comapanies.

Invictus is one of the best management events held at jdbirla. Many students participate in these events and they earn certificates.Extra curricular activities includes insightful sessions by great personalities and it not only held webinars in the field of academics but also in the field of drawings, yoga and many more which helps in overall development of the student's.

Campus Life

Campus of Jd Birla is also good. All classes are air-conditioned whereas the library is also equipped with good and updated books. We can even place orders for the books in the library that we want and that book will be made available by college within 2 to 3 weeks.

Placement Experience:

1)From 6th semester students become eligible for campus placement. 2) Cognizant , TCS(most fav), Wipro, startups, IBM visit for recruitment . 3)In 2023 highest was 45lpa by amazon average is 4.5lpa. 4)From our Hostel each and every senior get placed. some with good package like tcs digital, even off campus (2025). 5)My plan is to take a job and enter in IT firm to learn and teach new technolgies through my YOUTUBE.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Personally i opted for electrical and electronics instead of the branch of my choice is because my scores were not enough to secure a seat in CSE. But EEE is pretty cool as well for those willing to grow in this branch. Our curriculum exposes us to the rapidly growing sectors in the industry and educates us of all we need to know about the course in depth. If you want to continue ahead in a research field, this Institute is the most supportive. The exam questions are also relevant enough and considering we only need to actually stress over end semesters, its fair enough per semester. It would be better if our professors removed the attendance criteria rest im fine with everything else
