Polymer science is mainly a manufacturing subject associated with research and development of products including processing of the product. Rubber technology was also one of the subjects. Polymer products include moulds and processing of polymer products.

No we were moved to other college for internship we did project at cftri but our college offers project and quality training will be provided for all students. Our institution is very good and we had memorable moments and friends at college.

Placement Experience

4.5

Placement is very good we do get number of companies including TCS wipro Accenture many more. Software as well as hardware companies. I got selected at wipro but got rejected in discussion round since I was not much talkative. That was the problem. But I got selected off campus.

College Events

2.5

Polycon and jaciana are the major events. Jaciana is cultural activity program but polycon is academic oriented program all were good and we enjoyed at a the events. We spent time with our friends and lectures and had memorable moments at our college.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fee structure is ok compared to other private colleges since we had government seats i had paid 22000 every year and examination fees was not included in this about was split fee structure is not too high so it is worthy to pay amount but SC st scholarship was there. I didn't get it since I was GM.

Fees and Financial Aid

Ya scholarship was good offered for SC st not for gm loan facility was not offered it seems but we were supposed to take loan for educational purpose faculty were supporting educational training and financially supportive.

Campus Life

2.5

Campus life was awesome since we had good campus and green area where we had greenery and lawns well maintained. Programs such as mental orientation were conducted and training was given to physically challenged students to improve their curricular activities.

Hostel Facilities

2.5

I heard it from friends I didn't know exactly i was at home with our parents staying at hostel is not an easy task since it was strict at hostel food was OK hygiene was maintained good memorable also it was nice finally.

Alumni/Alumna

Aluminium at college was wonderful we enjoyed a lot alumni will be conducted every year and we will be invited through mails college respects all students and invites us for program i am proud to be a student of our college.

Exam Structure

Exam structure is good but exam fees is bit high re examination fee is also high. Supplementary exams will be conducted for the students who will not be able to clear all subjects in manual exam but valuation is strict at the college.good teaching will be provided.

Admission

I got admitted by paying government fixed amount and we didn't get scholarship since it was only for SC ST. We paid fees which was not refundable. Admission formalities was very good. Our college is very good at admin department. Admin is stable and our principal was very friendly and good person.

Placement Experience:

From your 7th semester you become eligible to get placed and it is mandatory to get internship before you get placed which the college helps you to get and around 400-500 companies visit, and a good amount of offers are made by them. The average package stands somewhere around 11LPA -12LPA and the highest goes to 50LPA-60LPA and the median stands around 9-10LPA.

Course Curriculum Overview:

As I'm in 1st semester. I will update you after my exams. But one good thing is that from this year, internals and externals will hold same weightage i.e., 50/50 If you can score more than 45% in internals which wouldn't be that big of a deal because they'll ask most the questions from class notes. Most of the faculties are average I would say. But some are good professors too. I chose CSE because I find these topics interesting since junior school. And everyone is just jumping into cse is a reason too lol.
