My college

I would say it's a very good college with great campus it's just that it's more focussed on placements of IT sectors and not on us. So be careful what u choose for

I would say the board of VTU is pretty good and tough as it tests u through its core. The exams were based on semester wise and contained two semesters in am year. The board equally focussed on practicals as well as theoretical which helped understand things better.

Placements are good Specially for the IT ECE AND EEE branches. For our branch I.e. civil those weren't upto the mark.

We used to have our college fest and some cultural fests too We used to actively take parts in our cultural fests as it used to be grand Holi was also celebrated by us students very nicely and illegally and used to colour our whole college with gulal.

I would say it's expensive given the placements for us. Mode of payment was mostly through a draft or bank transfer and yes the college provided clarity in all the stuffs related to payments.no extra payments were required to secure a seat as I came from comed k.

Yes the college did offered scholarship but to very few students Like one in a hundred which wasn't all that much fair.

Pretty much everything up there were available Had a wide campus of an 100 acres and all the facilities A cricket ground A basketball a soccer Had a drama club too And a hall I would say it's satisfactory for everyone if u like open spaces more

Yes I did for six months I didn't find it satisfactory so I shifted to a flat nearby as there were many around the area We could opt for vegetarian and non vegetarian depending upon our choice and would have to pay the fees accordingly

Interactions were good But didn't came out much of a help as everyone scattered around and people left off in different sectors Very less people took the placed jobs as it wasn't that good of an offer

I got my college through Comed k The official entrance exams for non state residents of karnataka. I got a rank of 6112 in comedk and received a call for the selection of college. I received Smvit (Sir M visvesveraya institute of technology) it was around the month of July and August I went through it and it is as seamless and it can be.

Our college dates back to 1973 And the faculty is old and well versed in teaching you. I would say the faculty of our college helped me become a better person and be ready to face what's gonna come next. They were a mixed group of teachers from around all the places
