Remarks

They reason i joined is because, this was the only college that provided criminology as a combination. They procedure was very easy. We could get it done easily. And offuce staff are very helpful. It is easy.

Course Curriculum Overview

Overall good experience. The curriculum was well planned. I appreciate the balance between the academics as well as extra curriculums. They college thought me more about leadership and how to execute events.

Fees and Financial Aid

A good experience studing B.A psychology, Criminology and English optional. I joined with my focus on psychology but the English Department made me fall in love with English literature. I really appreciate the teachers from the English Department for encouraging students to step out of their box and try new things. The teachers encourage the students to be opinionated and give their views without hesitation and make us reflect on our views and reasoning. Overall i am very satisfied with the course.

Campus Life

The college balances extra curricular and acedims very well. It teaches students to take on more leadership roles and helps understand it's importance. The literature club is very engaging, they have book review sessions and much more.

Faculty

I really appreciate the faculty as a whole. I really appreciate the lecturers of English department for pushing us to do better and be opinionated and to form an opinion of ourselves. They helped me reflect and understand my reasoning. They encourage students to be well read and well articulated.

Night Life

We don't really have nightlife in the college which is the onky drawback. We all leave before 5 and nothing much is happening after that. The gym is there but most of the hostel students use it. The library is also very good.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Performing Arts have more of practical things as from acting to direction we are taught everything. History and Theory as some theory part and the kind of career path that our course provides, I think for students interested in this, should join our course at Christ University.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose this course because of the dual degree that it has to offer, christ is one of the very few institutions that offer dual degree and allow you to explore both the subjects or gain combined knowledge of both the subjects. The curriculum is very up to date with subjects that relate to real world problems. What i like the most about my curriculum is the Learner centric approach where they divide the class into halves so that the teacher student ratio can be maintained in order to achieve full efficiency. One area of improvement can be inculcating more soft skills traininng into it.

A good college for starting your new journey

Placement Experience:

The students are eligible to sit for placement in their final years. The companies which comes for the placement are deloitte, goldmanSachs, amazon and many more reputed companies. And they do make many offers. The highest package reports around 30 LPA and the average goes on around 3 to 4.5 LPA. Around 70-90 percent get placements. My plans is to pursue higher studies.

St claret - an honest review

Placement Experience:

Placements are good. Students arw given chances to take exams and get job opportunities from there. Field trips and internships, orientations, talk shows are organized to prepare students further before stepping out for jobs. They can either take the placements they get or opt for higher studies, which is what i am doing as a degree in psychology alone does not grant a wide scope in the jobs spectrum.

I we talk about our campus, our is very nice and clean, there are big tree and gardens in the campus for pur air. If we talk about education system in RPD college, The education system also beutiful and disciplined. Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for campus placements towards the final semester of their course. Currently, I have only been using the help of my faculty for internship opportunities, since I am not looking for placements. But they have connections with big names in the communication sector, and they often have personalities coming in to give talks and interact with the students. A great number of students opt for placements and approximately 90% of them do end up getting posted at really good companies. Others choose to continue with higher education. My plan after receiving my degree would be to take up a diploma in literature in the UK, while simultaneously finding myself a position at a good publishing house there.

My college experience

Placement Experience:

From my seniors, I hear that 20/30 % of students from our college get placed. But now being in my final sem I know the reality. For covid and lockdown, the placement sector has been badly hit. Only a handful of companies came this year (5/6 companies). 4/5 people from our batch are placed but no placement for the big chunk of people. From 5th sem students become eligible for placements but in 5th sem, no company came to our college for placement this year. Only in the 6th sem, the placement cell started. Companies that visited till now ( some of them came to take interns and didn't offer full-time jobs) 1) Clevertize, 2) Social Panga, 3) Robert Bosch GmbH, 4) Saatchi & Saatchi, 5) Publicis, 6)PR Pundit, 7) McKinsey, 8) Edsol Edtech, 9) Momo Media, 10) MSL, 11) Genesis BC, Offers: 1.5-3 LPA (average). I plan to send CVs personally to companies through LINKEDIN and other job search platforms because the college hasn't provided us with good placement offers as claimed.

Place where you bloom

After the completion of 12th class education students can apply for the course both online or offline as I admitted to the college during the COVID time all the processes including the interview was online, candidates can find an online website for admission in which they've mentioned all the processes and criterians. As I was nep student our exam were held for 2hr 30 minutes, 60 marks paper with 40 internal values for theory paper and 50 marks for practical papers with 25 marks for external and 25 for internal which is pretty good....Read More

SSW, RN: Made Memories but Not Good Enough

The admission process was pretty simple. The link and instructions are provided on the website itself. Just download and fill the form, submit it to the college email address and wait for confirmation. I got in a few weeks time and was selected for interview which was basically a Q & A session with the HOD of the department. There is no entrance exam as such. The application form is available on their website you can apply online or offline. You need not be from a specific stream to take admitted to this college.
