Remarks

This college has a good vibe of its own. The area is north campus of Delhi University and one can create a lot of memories to cherish your whole life.The course is bit too theoritical but one can like it if you have interest in Maths and want to pursue it in future. There are many extracurricular activities and socities one can join in the college and learn new skills here.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course is really more about theory and less about practical knowlegde.The teachers and staff are really helpful thou and will give you full support in your entire 3 year program. You can learn different things around here and opt for any side course also if you wish to learn something else along with your degree.

Class Size: 47Course Fees: INR 27000 per year

Placement Experience

Their are not as many opportunities here for a maths degree but you can still try if you want to get placed and don't want to go for higher studies. There is a placement cell which is active and can help anyone to go for interviews in different companies.

College Events

The socities of the college are active and do a good work in their fields. The fests in college is cool but you can attend other college fests around the University campus so it doesn't make a big deal if you don't like your college fest.

Campus Life

The campus is not too big but yet not too small like whatever you are going to miss it anyway after your college ends. The library, play ground and canteen are nice enough. Also the labs and sports facilities are good

I choose this curriculum as mathematics honour is a all rounder cause in all degrees all background there is no regret to having another exams this exam prepare for higher studies on research level DRDO NASA but having only graduation under these course is also benefit for different exams

Placement Experience:

From 8th semester students become eligible for campus placements I am not sure about the number of offers made but last year Deloitte visited the campus for recruitment. Highest package is around 11lpa plz check on Google. And average is around 5-6 lpa. Seniors told me around 30-40% of the batch gets placement. My plan is to do mba after college

The Life at Ramjas College.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I was always interested course. It's relevant to the exams in that particular field. The syllabus for life and other exams in this field. I think that there is a lack of actual real life practice in basic courses. If could be made more aligned to what we do in real life it would have been better. The exams are easy enough to pass by just studying one month before exams and submitting the internal assessments properly. There are end semester exams which gives enough time to prepare well.

They have a commitment of completing course in 8-10 months but you can take a time of 12 months as if there is any thing happens like bad weather or aircraft maintenance etc They taught us all necessary things required for flying like reading approach charts, how to make circuit landing and general flying etc.
