This college is one of the most prestigious college in the City of Calcutta. affiliated to Calcutta University. This college is one of the best due to the presence of dedicated and experienced faculties.

Course Curriculum Overview

Time to time study id mandatory and improving efficiency of the students. The course is brief but students need to study technically.attenfing college regularly enables to understand the subject matter easily

No,such placement cell is there in the college alumni. The students need to search jobs on their own and the prospect of job is minimum in case of bachelor degree.

No ground for playing.small campus but I participate in every cultural and social events. Sports is not considered in the campus. the college students only participates in every cultural events. Previously fresher's party was not allowed but they have started from this year enabling some entertainment to the students.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The syllabus of the course is pretty nice with diversified subjects alsong with specialization subjects in the 3rd and 4th semester. Some compulsory subjects include Tagore Studies and Basics of Communication. The course also includes Development Communication, Online media, Journalism, Gender studies, Advanced Audio Visual Production. The department is well equipped a mac lab but it only have 5 macs. The curriculum also includes Design, UIUX, Graphics design etc, and the curriculum is continuously updating with moden media teachings. The curriculum mostly prepare us for Academic Purposes than Industry.

SAJC - From The Eye of a Student.

There was only 3 better colleges I couldn't apply to. They were St.Xaviers Kolkata, Goenka and Maulana Azad. Seth Anandram Jaipuria College is among the top 5 colleges and is well known. It is also the best college in North Kolkata, some might not agree to me though. The deciding factors for me were very low fees, decent quality teachers, and the most important, quality of crowd and reputation of the college.
