Remarks

It is best college in my state. Its environment is clean and quiet which is beneficial for studing also I didnt wanted to go out from Siliguri so I choosed this college. The fees is also very reasonable.

Course Curriculum Overview

The syllabus is updates. It includes the chapters that is required now. The faculties are very good and helpful. Industrial exposure is not provided. Also conducts extra curricular activities which allows students to show their talent.

Placement Experience

No placement, job opportunities are given in our campus. I have not heard about any job facilities or any type of internship. Instead we can do any type of part time job. No students get any job offer.

College Events

Campus Life is very good. There are many extra curricular activities held which helps us in showcasing our talents in different fields. Also many festivals are held in our college. I also have participated in them.

After 4th Module students become eligble for campus placements. We are not given the name of the companies. Average package for digital marketing students are 7k to 10k per month. They try their best to give you a placement. There only focus is to give you placement.

Placement Experience:

The placement situation at IIT KGP is one of th e best among Engineering Colleges in India. With an average package of around 2200000 and overall placement percentage of around 80 (B.Tech+M.Tech). Students become eligible for placement either if they get PPO(Pre Placement Offer) from the company they are interning in in the 5th semester or when they are in the 7th semester when placement season begins. Around 1800 offers and 400 PPOs were made in phase 1 which includes 25 international offers. There were around 400 companies that visited. The highest offer was 21400000. Top profiles are Software, Data, Finance, Consulting, Quant and Core.

I read in CSE(AIML) AI ML perspective and couse curriculam inluenced me to admit in college. Teachers often make real-world applications gor any pariculatr topic. I think more practical based an implement based curriculam should be added rather than more theorital subs. Most case college is form 9am -5 pm Like (9-5 job) .

The structure of curriculum is not so great. Definitely there is a scope for improvement . We are under MAKAUT university and through job readiness perspective the structure of curriculum is below average. Remarks:

Our college need more improvements as they are Charging high semester fees and in return we are getting nothing. They need improvement in every thing for b.pharm at least. There is no internship no placement then for what they are Charging 79000 per semester with 2000 examination fees.

I apply for other colleges also as I didn't get much facilities there like comprehensive studying library, canteens facilities, etc. I don't get rejection from the other colleges that I have applied the reasons behind not choosing those is the facilities that I didn't found . The admission process was online; we needed to fill out our details through portals, and there was a specific verification date when we called regarding the verification of our application. After that, if everything was okay, then our admission was confirmed. Then, after a few months, standalone admission was introduced in my college, which helped many students get their pending admission.
