Remarks

Exposure of Delhi NCR 2nd best college of IP university Less Fees as compared to other colleges Good crowd Certain big companies are located in Delhi and. Gurgaon so u will easily get to know about them City life -If u want to enjoy your college life and city life,go for Mait Best thing is there is no attendance issue so you can hangout and easily your college life

Course Curriculum Overview

Some of the Faculties are very keen and helpful. They are very dedicated and hardworking.Though all of them are p.hd but only some seems of have a good insight of subject. The syllabus was not as updated as IITs.Ip colleges still follow the old syllabus.If u are in IP then you are going to spend half of your semester in giving exams

Placements here are not very good.Most companies visit here are mass recruiter.Infosys and Accenture are among them Apart from them a lot of companies visit and offered a package of 3-4 lakhs But if u are skilled then u can apply for off campus.Highest package offered off campus was 43 lakh per annum by Microsoft and after that 28 lakh and 25 people managed to crack packages of more than 10 lakh

College Events

Campus life is good.Though Mait fest are not as good as DTU and IIIT but still u will get to enjoy a lot. Apart from this,the societies specially Dramatic SOCIETY Aayam is considered among the best societies of Delhi. If u are a fresher,one advice for you,give all the auditions,u got to enjoy and know a lot. Secondly u will get to interact with seniors.

Campus Life

Campus size is small but campus management is excellent.Inspite of the small area,campus is beautifully managed.There are 9 academic blocks.There are five canteens including NescafŽ and Amul. Auditorium is well spaced and have a capacity of 300 people.Apart from it there is a fountain which is the most beautiful and attractive part of the college

Placement Experience:

The placement was not too good it was bad the main reason was like it have not in better place if student want to grab an offer he do offcampus apply so they get job .The companies visted our collage was tcs ,infosys , wipro and sometime Amazon. The highest pacakge was offers in 2020 for almost like 30LPA after that non of them get that much placement .In simple wprd you are the reason of your too get placed in companies . In our collage not fang companies offerd placement.

Placement Experience:

Placements are good especially during recession. You're eligible for placements after 3rd year. After 2nd Year you're eligible for Internships. All Big Companies like Google Microsoft Apple Goldmansachs Mckinsey etc. Highest package offered till now in 2025 is 85LPA (Atlassian) Average of CSE is 17 -18 lpa . almost 53% people get placed in 2025 (recession time). See The degree OF DTU has its value. So it gives you an edge while you go for off campus.

Placement Experience:

The placement rate here is around 70-75% on an avg in all branches and sometimes even higher. After 1st year only , multiple opportunities starts coming . After 1st year and before 2nd year , basically in summer vacation we have to do a compulsory internship (college also provides) and we are provided a credit for that . Then multiple opportunities like GOOGLE STEP ,amacon internship , etc come.

From 6 semester all students are eligible for campus placements there are almost more than 30+ companies come to make offers and don't recall the names but almost 34 lakh per annum is the highest package they offer and some lucky students also get 80 lakh per annum package almost 80 percent students get placed.

The corses are well designed And related to your curiculum evey course are relevent for student the course they provied in first sem are Math,computational thinking,Intoduction to south asia,ENG,Phy. most of collages have mechanical in their first sem where they have to do weilding ,crafting etc which have no use in course of CS.

Heard good things about it. Lot of my relatives told me it's good and I wanted a bit of freedom to do my own thing which is quite nicely available here and besides everyone is looking for that college life so yea study and chill out guys

Before 2019, all admissions to B.Tech programs were done through a test conducted by GGSIPU. But from 2019 JEE Mains scores are used for admission. The cutoff of different programs is decided by the University. An applicant has to fill out an online admission application form in which they have to mention their JEE Mains rank and their preferences of the GGSIPU colleges.
